 A wonderfully cozy old farmhouse converted into a holiday home with a lot of love. The quiet location in the small town of Kleinstockach is a wonderful place to relax with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren mit 02 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) im August 2017 in Kleinstockach. Herrlich gelegen, mit toller Terrasse zum Grillen, mitten in der Bergwelt der Zugspitzarena. Wandern, MTB, Schwimmen - alles was man für einen Urlaub in den Bergen braucht. Mit 05 Schlafzimmern genug Rückzugsort und gemütliche Stube Platz für viel Gemeinsamkeit. Wir kommen wieder!
We were with 02 families (4 adults, 5 children) in August 2017 in Kleinstockach. Wonderfully located, with a great terrace for barbecues, in the middle of the mountains of the Zugspitz Arena. Hiking, MTB, swimming - everything you need for a vacation in the mountains. With 05 bedrooms enough retreat and cozy parlor space for a lot in common. We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren im Oktober in diesem wunderbaren alten Bauernhaus zu Gast und haben unseren Aufenthalt dort wirklich genossen. Das Haus ist super authentisch und urgemütlich, genauso wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und hatten jede Menge Platz. Die Lage war ideal, um in den umliegenden Bergen zu wandern. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Besitzerin immer sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir waren sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal in Kleinstockach.
We stayed at this wonderful old farmhouse in October and really enjoyed our stay there. The house is super authentic and very cozy, just as we had imagined. We were 5 adults and 3 children and had plenty of space. The location was ideal for hiking in the surrounding mountains. Communication with the very nice owner was always very nice and uncomplicated. We were certainly not in Kleinstockach for the last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...ein sehr gemütliches und uriges Haus, welches eine perfekte Kombination aus Rustikalität und modernem Komfort (Bäder, Küche, W-Lan, etc.) bietet.
Eine gute und preiswerte Alternative zum "Selberkochen" findet sich in fußläufiger Nachbarschaft mit dem Gasthof "Roter Stein".
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
... a very cozy and rustic house, which offers a perfect combination of rusticity and modern comfort (bathrooms, kitchen, WiFi, etc.).
A good and inexpensive alternative to "self-cooking" can be found within walking distance of the "Roter Stein" inn.
We have enjoyed our stay!

Ein perfekt ausgestattetes, wahnsinnig liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtetes, uriges Ferienhaus, absolut idyllisch und ruhig gelegen, der Blick von der Terrasse ist unbezahlbar. Wir haben uns dort mit zwei Familien und insgesamt 5 Kindern sehr wohlgefühlt. Nur zu empfehlen!
The K7 is a real gem. A perfectly equipped, incredibly lovingly renovated and furnished, rustic holiday home, absolutely idyllic and quiet, the view from the terrace is priceless. We felt very comfortable there with two families and a total of 5 children. I can only recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mega tolles und gemütliches Bauernhaus. Alle Zimmer sehr urig eingerichtet, die Küche ist komplett neu und super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist einzigartig, man kann direkt loswandern oder auf der Terrasse im Liegestuhl die tolle Aussicht genießen! Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert und informativ. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!
Mega great and cozy farmhouse. All rooms are very rustic, the kitchen is completely new and well equipped. The location is unique, you can hike straight away or enjoy the great view on the terrace in a deck chair! Communication with the landlords was very straightforward and informative. We would love to come back !!

Es fehlt an nichts, das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und Herzblut eingerichtet und eine nettere und aufmerksamere Vermieterin wird man so schnell nicht finden. Uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen ist das muckelige Haus und wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Danke liebe Cleo?
We stayed at the K7 over New Year's Eve and had a wonderful week. Nothing is missing, the house is furnished with a lot of love and passion and you won't find a nicer and more attentive landlady anytime soon. Unreservedly to be recommended is the cozy house and we will definitely come again. Thank you dear Cleo?
