Dass die Reise gut geplant war, habe ich vorausgesetzt, dass aber IVI das Vergnügen im Bus enorm steigerte, konnte nicht erwartet werden. Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, obwohl ich auch bei früheren Reisen sehr zufrieden war. Einziger Minuspunkt war die sogenannte Reiseleiterin Renate, was aber Angelegenheit der italienischen Agentur ist. Vielleicht aber könnte man doch mit der Agentur in Kontakt treten, um diese Frau auszuschalten.
