Die Garage ist sowohl für Kurzparker als auch Dauerparker absolut empfehlenswert - selbst beim Besuch der Volksoper ist man hier richtig, denn es gibt nicht nur Ausgänge zur Semperstraße oder Gürtel, sondern Mo - Sa auch die Möglichkeit über den Lift durch das Gebäude bis zum Ausgang Gentzgasse vorzugehen. Was etwa bei Regen sehr praktisch ist. Parkplatz gibt es hier jedenfalls immer, da nach Bedarf genügend Ebenen nach unten bereit stehen. Tagsüber ist zusätzlich zur Überwachung auch ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort. In fast zwei Jahren hatte ich noch nie das Gefühl, dass mein Auto hier nicht bestens aufgehoben ist. Echter Vorteil sind aber die Preise, vor allem auch beim Dauerparken. Ein Strafzettel, den man in der Umgebung schnell mal hat, macht das jedem Skeptiker schnell deutlich.
