W	Walter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unter jeder Kritik. Vom Verkaufspersonal ignoriert, trotzdem 15min gewartet. Ergebnis: Von der beworbenen Aktion Lattenrost war nur EIN STÜCK verfügbar. Fazit: Aktion war nur Kundenfang. Under any criticism. Ignored by the sales staff, still waited 15 minutes. Result: Only ONE PIECE of the advertised slatted frame was available. Conclusion: The campaign was just catching customers.

K	Katherina Mergl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Beratung vor dem Matratzenkauf bei JYSK Wels war zwar gut und die Beraterin kompetent und freundlich, allerdings wurde nicht dazu gesagt, dass man bei einem Angebot mit 90-Tage-Probeliegen, nur eine Gutschrift und nicht den bezahlten Betrag zurück bekommt. Damit macht man sich wohl keine Freunde und sicher keine weiteren Kundinnen - es hinterlässt einfach nur einen bitteren Nachgeschmack. So etwas muss klar kommuniziert werden! Einen Betrieb mit so einer Herangehensweise kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen. The advice given before buying a mattress at JYSK Wels was good and the advisor was competent and friendly, but it was not said that an offer with 90-day test beds would only give you a credit and not the amount paid back. You probably don't make friends with it and you certainly don't make any other customers - it just leaves a bitter aftertaste. Something like that needs to be communicated clearly! I cannot recommend a company with such an approach.

Bestellung war innerhalb einer Woche in der richtigen Filiale und die drei Leute mit denen ich zu tun hatte waren sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht! Gerne wieder. Ein Stern Abzug weil der Onlineshop bzw deren Lagerstand einfach nicht stimmt. I had to order my patio furniture over the phone, but it was very straightforward. Order was in the right branch within a week and the three people I dealt with were very, very friendly and hard-working! Gladly again. A star deduction because the online shop or its stock level is simply not right.

Zu erst wurden wir in Bezug auf neue Matratzen für ein Boxspringbett inkompetent und falsch beraten, demzufolge haben wir nicht passende Matratzen. Nun warten wir seit 3 Monaten auf neue, wobei uns eine Lieferzeit von 2 bis max. 4 Wochen zugesichert wurde. Seither werden wir mit den Worten „nächste Woche“ vertröstet. Zudem ist anzumerken, dass man grundsätzlich 2-3x anrufen muss, um überhaupt jemanden zu erreichen! Es scheint so, als wär es dem Personal egal, dass sich aufgrund dessen gesundheitliche Beschwerden entwickeln. Disappointing and absolutely not recommended! First of all, we were given incompetent and wrong advice on new mattresses for a box spring bed, so we don't have the right mattresses. We have now been waiting for new ones for 3 months, and we have been promised a delivery time of 2 to max. 4 weeks. Since then we have been put off with the words "next week". It should also be noted that you basically have to call 2-3x to reach anyone at all! It seems the staff doesn't care that health problems develop as a result.
