Eine Rückgabe binnen 14 Tagen ist in der Filiale nur in der verschlossenen Originalverpackung möglich. Sobald die Verpackung geöffnet wurde, werden 30% (!!) vom Wert abgezogen! Kundenzufriedenheit oder Kundenbindung wird hier wohl nicht angestrebt... lieber online oder am besten gleich woanders einkaufen… Attention! When shopping in the store, there are different return conditions than when buying online! A return within 14 days is possible in the store only in the original sealed packaging. Once the packaging has been opened, 30% (!!) will be deducted from the value! Customer satisfaction or customer loyalty is probably not the goal here ... rather online or best shopping elsewhere ...

Musste was umtauschen und mir wurde nach langer Wartezeit das Geld richtig hingeschmissen und danach wurde mir noch Danke nachgerufen ! Sehen mich nie wieder! Would be fine! However, the sellers are unfriendly when one is in the shop and not everyone is sunbathing and smoking! Had to exchange something and after a long wait the money was really thrown away and then thank you was called after me! Never see me again!

Preis/Leistung wie immer sehr gut. Ein Stern Abzug leider für die Wartezeit in der Hitze. When the reserved garden furniture was picked up, the chairs suddenly couldn't be found ... The apprentice then found them..Bravo and thanks for loading them into the car. Price / performance as always very good. A star deduction unfortunately for the waiting time in the heat.

Und meistens auch beratendes Personal zur Stelle. Die gelieferten Möbelstücke könnten vielleicht ein wenig besser vom Holzstaub gereinigt sein. Surprisingly good selection of bedroom living room furniture. Nothing unusual but quite usable and affordable Ok. And mostly also advisory staff on site. The delivered furniture could perhaps be a little better cleaned of the wood dust.

Hervorzuheben ist die überaus freundliche und kompetente Beratung von Daniela sowie das sehr kulante Entgegenkommen des Geschäftführers! Vor allem war zum Einen das Nicht beeinflussen während des Verkaufsgespräches sehr beeindruckend. Zum Anderen war die fachliche Komponente super. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die erworbenen Matratzen von Sembella sind traumhaft! Sehr empfehlenswert! My partner and I bought two mattresses last week and have been extremely pleased. The extremely friendly and competent advice from Daniela as well as the very accommodating accommodation of the managing director should be emphasized!
