★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es schien so als hätte man mir einen defekten Artikel verkauft. Nach der Reklamation wurde der defekt zwar behoben aber war mit Kosten verbunden. Die Verkäuferin war richtig unhöflich und arrogant. Erst als sie bemerkte dass ich einen Titel habe wurde sie sehr freundlich....
It seemed like someone had sold me a defective item. After the complaint, the defect was indeed fixed but was associated with costs. The saleswoman was really rude and arrogant. Only when she noticed that I have a title she became very friendly ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir eine Schweizer Automatik Uhr hier gekauft und war mit den Mitarbeitern dieses Geschäfts sehr zufrieden. Die Uhr wurde mir angepasst (Metallband), erklärt und die Service Intervalle mitgeteilt. Auch die Möglichkeit das man Uhren unverbindlich in dieses Geschäftslokal zur Ansicht bestellen kann gefällt mir gut. Look&Feel ist besser als nur LookimInternet :-)
I bought a Swiss automatic watch here and was very satisfied with the staff of this business. The clock was adapted to me (metal band), explained and communicated the service intervals. I also like the possibility to order watches without obligation in this shop. Look & Feel is better than just LookimInternet :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Früher einmal gern gesehen und auch beliebig eingekauft! Auch für kleinere Reparaturen eher zugänglich und kostengünstig! Inzwischen hat man aber schon seit längerem das Gefühl, dass man nur mehr als kaufwilliger Kunde gern gesehen wird! Annahmen von Klein - Raparaturen werden nicht gerne vorgenommen und sind auch sehr teuer geworden! Das betrifft insbesondere z.B. einfache Batterien - Wechsel bei den Armbanduhren! Schade!
Once gladly seen and also freely bought! Also for smaller repairs rather accessible and inexpensive! In the meantime, however, one has long had the feeling that one is only seen as a willing customer willing to buy! Assumptions of Klein - Raparaturen are not gladly made and have become very expensive! This is especially true for e.g. simple batteries - change the wristwatches! Pity!
