Wie arrogant muss man sein, wenn man potentielle Kunden einfach wegschickt mit der Begründung, dass man das Armband einer Uhr, die nicht im Geschäft gekauft wurde (weil sie ein Weihnachtsgeschenk von außerhalb war), nicht kürzt? Das Geschäft war leer und mit dem passenden Werkzeug wäre es eine Sache von ein paar Minuten gewesen! Zwanglose Gespräche über persönliche Dinge sind machbar, auch, wenn dafür andere Kunden länger warten müssen, aber Service anzubieten, um vielleicht neue Kunden für einen späteren Moment zu gewinnen, das geht offensichtlich gar nicht! Übrigens: Fielmann repariert Brillen, die bei anderen Optikern gekauft wurden, putzt sie und macht das oft gratis. Andere Schmuck- und Uhrengeschäfte sind da auch wesentlich kundenorientierter. Mein Fazit: Der Juwelier Krawczikowski ist leider keine Empfehlung wert und wird weder uns noch unseren Freundeskreis jemals als Kunden gewinnen können. Customer service? Nothing! How arrogant do you have to be if you just send potential customers away on the grounds that you are not shortening the strap of a watch that was not bought in the store (because it was a Christmas present from outside)? The shop was empty and with the right tools it would have been a matter of a few minutes! Casual conversations about personal matters are feasible, even if other customers have to wait longer, but offering service in order to perhaps win new customers for a later moment is obviously not possible! By the way: Fielmann repairs glasses that were bought from other opticians, cleans them and often does this for free. Other jewelry and watch stores are also much more customer-oriented. My conclusion: Unfortunately, the Krawczikowski jeweler is not worth recommending and will never be able to win us or our circle of friends as customers.

Auch über Ersatzteile und Verfügbarkeit und Laufzeit der Batterie und Tauschkosten wurde ich Top informiert. Am besten gefiel mir auch, dass ich nicht auf das teurere Modell beraten wurde und auch das günstigere erklärt wurde. Very friendly, top advice. Hier nimmt man sich Zeit für die Beratung, die ich nur als äußerst professionell bezeichnen kann. Dafür nehme ich auch in Zukunft gerne eine etwas weitere Anreise in Kauf. Schmuck, der vielleicht nicht vor Ort aufliegt wird bestellt und zu einem sehr fairen Preis weitergegeben. Ich war kürzlich im Geschäft und brauchte einen Uhrbandwechsel, ich konnte darauf warten und hatte zudem noch eine ausgesprochen nette Konversation, ich kann das Geschäft nur weiterempfehlen! Extremely nice family business, very helpful, 1A advice, really a top service. It doesn't matter whether it's a new purchase or a repair. I was in the shop recently and needed a watch strap replacement, I was able to wait and had a really nice conversation, I highly recommend the shop!
