kommt immer drauf an, wer in der Bedienung ist. je nachdem frisches oder schon älteres (am nächsten tag hats geschimmelt, schinkenrand hart) verkauft worden.

always depends on who is at the service. depending on whether fresh or older (the next day it moldy, ham rim hard) was sold.
