Man schreibt acht Klausuren in MP-Länge (zu AT-/BT-/StPO-Themen) und bekommt sie korrigiert mit Anmerkungen zurück. Dazu gab es Einheiten, in denen die Fälle besprochen werden, und weitere StPO-Crashkurs-Einheiten. In der Whatsapp-Gruppe wurden Fragen rund um die Uhr beantwortet, die Vortragenden (Mag. Sitner, Mag. Galbardi) waren sehr engagiert. I can highly recommend the exam course for MP criminal law, the price-performance ratio is right. You write eight exams in MP length (on AT/BT/StPO topics) and get them back corrected with comments. There were also units in which the cases are discussed and other StPO crash course units. Questions were answered around the clock in the Whatsapp group, and the speakers (Mag. Sitner, Mag. Galbardi) were very committed.

Äußerst positiv muss man auch die individuelle Betreuung hervorheben, die sich stark von dem unterscheidet, was man von der Universität gewohnt ist. In den Einheiten wird die Theorie knackig und humorvoll auf den Punkt gebracht. Es bleibt aber trotzdem immer Zeit für Fragen, die ausführlich beantwortet werden. Die Hausübungsfälle sind eine super Möglichkeit, die Falllösung von Anfang an zu üben. Jeder Fall wird korrigiert und mit persönlichen Anmerkungen versehen. Während der ganzen Kursdauer stehen die Vortragenden in einer WhatsApp-Gruppe rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung. So bekommt man sogar spät abends und auch am Wochenende immer schnell eine Antwort auf allfällige Fragen. Ich kann eine klare Empfehlung für Jus-Starthilfe aussprechen. Denn gerade im Fach Strafrecht ist man aufgrund der Komplexität der Materie schnell verloren und das Team rund um den Kurs holt einen genau da ab. Due to numerous recommendations from colleagues, I attended this legal course myself and was not disappointed: Jus-Starthilfe is THE exam preparation for the MP criminal law. In the units, the theory is brought to the point in a crisp and humorous way. However, there is always time for questions, which are answered in detail. The homework cases are a great way to practice case solving from the start. Each case is corrected and provided with personal comments. During the entire course, the lecturers are available around the clock in a WhatsApp group. So you always get a quick answer to any questions, even late in the evening and at the weekend. I can give a clear recommendation for Jus-Starthilfe. Because especially in the field of criminal law, you quickly get lost due to the complexity of the matter and the team around the course picks you up right there.

Galbardi und Mag. Wagner geht Mag. Sitner toll auf Fragen ein, trägt die Inhalte verständlich vor und ist dabei sehr sympathisch (und tatsächlich auch lustig!). Und die ausführlichen Korrekturen zu den 8 Fällen helfen gerade bei schriftlichen MPs wie Strafrecht enorm. Danke! I have already attended a number of legal courses on different subjects, but the legal course from Jus Starthilfe is by far the best. Together with Mag. Galbardi and Mag. Wagner, Mag. Sitner is great at answering questions, presents the content in an understandable way and is very personable (and actually funny!). And the detailed corrections to the 8 cases help enormously, especially with written MPs such as criminal law. Thanks!

Sitner versteht es, den Stoff so zu erklären, dass die Materie wirklich ankommt und verleiht mit seinen Erklärungen selbst den kompliziertesten Themengebieten Struktur, sodass auch diese verstanden werden. Zudem nahm er sich am Tag vor der Prüfung Zeit für ein persönliches Gespräch per Telefon, was ich als wirklich hilfreich empfunden habe. Ich kann Mag. Sitner als Rechtskursleiter nur weiterempfehlen! Mag. Sitner knows how to explain the material in such a way that the matter really gets across and with his explanations gives structure to even the most complicated subject areas so that they can also be understood. He also took the time for a face-to-face phone call the day before the exam, which I found really helpful. I can only recommend Mag. Sitner as a legal course instructor!
