★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Trüffel La Bouse cheese is just no short of AMAZING. I'm French, and quite demanding when it comes to fine cheese. This subtly balanced work of art was so good it lasted a day. I'll need to buy a few of those before my family comes visiting for Christmas! I still haven't tasted their Blau's Hirni, but it looks promising. Apparently you can keep it to age a few months. Interesting...
