Die Milch kommt also von Kühen, die sich auf der Alm nur von Gras und Kräutern ernährt haben. Noch dazu sehr faire Preise für die drei unterschiedlich lange gereiften Käse. Absolute Empfehlung!
Very nice little shop with an exceptionally high-quality product: Alpine cheese from Vorarlberg. The milk comes from cows that only fed on grass and herbs on the alpine pastures. In addition, very fair prices for the three cheeses that have matured for different times. Absolute recommendation!
