N	Nam Ku Pak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last minute decision to visit city of Vienna. Price and services were superb, for night of stay. The staff were courteous and informative. -Con Weak wifi signal/speed in the room Air conditioning did not cool the room with the coldest setting. If you do not mind the listed cons, i highly recommend the stay.

S	Stefan Dragan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the hotel has some helpful and informative staff for a tourist that was pretty confused for his first time in Vienna :)) The management is very organized, professional and friendly. The rooms are impressively clean, with modern and well maintained furniture, but also with spacious bathrooms (there are "two" separate bathrooms, one with just a WC and the other one with a shower and a sink, an idea that I never encountered before and I actually found it useful). I had some problems with the AC, because it didn't work or at least worked only when it wanted to, but it wasn't necessarily upsetting. The hotel's parking is quite expensive but it's really safe; the restaurant is also modern, clean, and has good food and drinks but the prices are also pretty high. The atmosphere is cozy though, and the waiters are kind. It's far from the city centre or from any other well-known tourist attractions, but it's close to the metro and to the tram so you can go to almost any place in Vienna in about 30 minutes. The overall prices per night are average or mostly even above average but the conditions they offer are certainly worth the money.

M	Marian LIFEPHORM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + good location, big rooms with enough spaces. + good bed and sofa quality, but small blankets + big & complete bathroom (also the best of this hotel) - fridge was not working (was On and set on 5) - old fashioned furniture on a dirty and old-looking floor. - room was 80 per night, but a max of 60 sound much more realistic for this hotel.

The rooms are clean and beautiful, the Breakfast Buffet is amazing (a 3 star hotel can learn from them) and the bar is nice. The Kidsroom next to the bar is very cute and my daughter enjoyed it very much. Also the small snacks, like Gulasch or Kartoffelsuppe, where really amazing. Nothing to add here. We're coming again. ??
