T	Tatjana Runolog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Первое впечатление о салоне было очень приятным. Хорошая атмосфера, мастерица - милый и общительный человек. Так же порадовал огромный выбор цветов и оттенков. Но, к сожалению, прошло чуть больше недели и начались проблемы с качеством. Один ноготь маникюра предыдущего (чужого) мастера отломался и мне его заново наращивали. К сожалению, нарощенный ноготь опять отломался всего лишь дней через 5, причём без механического воздействия, просто сам по себе :-( У всех других мастеров до этого мои ногти получались очень твёрдые, совсем не сгибаемые и не ломкие, а в этот раз они как пластмасски мягкие и очень сильно гнутся при нажатии, так что один из ногтей не выдержал и треснул у основания. Из-за этого трещина почти до середины ногтя. Не хочется отрывать, но цепляется за одежду и без ногтя ходить тоже не очень весело.. Не знаю, из-за чего возникли эти проблемы. Но очень плохой осадок, особенно учитывая то, что сам салон и работы у него довольно хорошие... Update (25.09.) ещё два ногтя отпали. В сумме три. The first impression of the salon was very pleasant. Good atmosphere, craftswoman - sweet and sociable person. I was also pleased with the huge selection of colors and shades. But, unfortunately, a little over a week passed and quality problems started. One nail of the previous (someone else's) master's manicure broke off and it was reinforced for me. Unfortunately, the extended nail broke off again only after 5 days, and without mechanical action, just by itself :-( All other masters before that had my nails very hard, not at all bendable and not brittle, but this time they are like plastic soft and bend very strongly when pressed, so that one of the nails could not stand it and cracked at the base. Because of this, the crack almost reaches the middle of the nail. I don't want to tear it off, but clinging to clothes and walking without a fingernail is also not very fun .. I don't know what caused these problems. But a very bad draft, especially considering the fact that the salon itself and its works are pretty good ... Update (25.09.) Two more nails fell off. Three in total.
T	Tamara345 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin leider auch sehr enttäuscht wegen Unfreundlichkeit von Personal und Besitzerin. Dame die mir Nägel gemacht hat, hat ständig auf die Uhr geschaut und geseufzt. In einem Moment ist sie plötzlich aufgesprungen und hat die Musik abgeschaltet. Nur einmal von mehreren die ich dort war wurde mir Kaffee angeboten von netten Meisterin Malika, meine Mutter wurde überhaupt angeschrien von der Besitzerin, weil sie sich verspätet hat, obwohl sie eh bereit war kompletten Preis zu bezahlen. Preise... Fragt ja nicht nach warum eine Behandlung so oder so viel kostet. Ich war bewundert dass normale Nagellackentfernung 10€ kostet, darauf hat mir die Besitzerin gesagt, dass sie mich nicht zwingt dorthin zu gehen und dass ich mein Nagellack selber zuhause entfernen kann um die Zeit ihrer Mitarbeiter und mein Geld zu sparen. Gehe auf keinen Fall wieder hin , gibts viel bessere und freundliche Nagelmeister in Wien. I am unfortunately also very disappointed because of the unfriendliness of the staff and owner. Lady who nailed me constantly looked at the clock and sighed. In a moment she suddenly jumped up and turned off the music. Only once of several that I was there I was offered coffee by nice master Malika, my mother was yelled at by the owner because she was late, even though she was ready to pay the full price anyway. Prices ... Don't ask why a treatment costs so or so much. I was admired that normal Nail polish removal costs 10 €, so the owner told me that she won't force me to go there and that I can remove my nail polish myself at home to save the time of her employees and my money. Under no circumstances will I go there again, there are much better and friendly nail masters in Vienna.
