Insurance brokers are a dime a dozen - few of them who really take care of their customers - even in tricky claims. JQC is a notable exception here! Top team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was initially very pleased with the service received at JQC. They were helpful with brokering insurance for my vehicle and apartment. Unfortunately when I suddenly had to leave Austria, they were totally unhelpful as far as cancelling the policies went. Is it not the job of an insurance broker to act as a proxy between the individual and insurance companies? They were terribly slow at responding to my queries regarding cancellation, and outright ignored me when I asked them to go ahead and cancel the apartment insurance on my behalf. This was very disappointing considering how happy I was initially with JQC. My advice is to search elsewhere for a broker who actually has your best interests at heart.

He will not loose your time with unnecesary offers, instead he will direcly understand your need based on his 20 years experience in this field. He was even able to offer better solutions rather than directly the insurance companies because of speciall offers that he got from them due to a pluri-annual collaboration.
