Sehr schnell Vorort gewesen und ausgemessen. Alte Blecheinfassung gleich abmontiert, damit richtig gemessen werden konnte (wir bekamen danach Vollwärmeschutz).
Knappe Lieferzeit trotzdem sehr pünktlich eingehalten.

Very quickly suburb and measured. Old sheet metal mount dismantled immediately, so that could be measured correctly (we got then full heat protection).
Short delivery time still very punctual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produkt OK, gleiche Beobachtung wie Alexander Urbons: Firma ist nicht in der Lage E-Mails zu beantworten. Als Grund wurde die fehlende Mobilfunkabdeckung im Bezirk Amstetten angeführt - sic! Abwicklung der Terminvereinbarung wurde vorgeschlagen über WhatsApp durchzuführen. Nächster Vorschlag war eine Nummer in der Zentrale, die zum Zeitpunkt der Auskunft nicht besetzt war. Man sollte bei der Kaufentscheidung berücksichtigen, dass man in den Folgejahren dem Service nachlaufen muss wie ein Schuljunge dem Bus.
Product OK, same observation as Alexander Urbons: The company is unable to answer e-mails. The reason given was the lack of cell phone coverage in the Amstetten district - sic! It was suggested to process the appointment via WhatsApp. The next suggestion was a number in the headquarters that was not manned at the time the information was provided. When making a purchase decision, you should take into account that you have to chase after the service in the following years like a school boy after a bus.
