★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz 2 stündigem Zeitfenster tauchte der Techniker nicht auf und meldete sich auch nicht telefonisch - auf zweimaliger Nachfrage bei den Sekretärinnen, wurde mir versichert, dass bald jemand kommen würde. Wartete dann noch eine halbe Stunde ohne Erfolg. Hatte mir extra einen halben Tag freigenommen. Für mich ist diese Firma gestorben - völlig unzuverlässlich.
 Despite a 2-hour window, the technician did not show up and did not answer by phone - two requests to the secretaries, I was assured that someone would come soon. Waited another half hour without success. Had me extra half a day off. For me, this company has died - completely unreliable.

Called twice for an appointment for a cost estimate, got insured twice, someone called me, never heard anything again. The customer service is definitely not 1A.
