Bekommen auch immer wieder Versandbestätigungen per Mail! Jedoch keine Ware! Bzw. kleine Teillieferungen, bei denen sich keiner mehr auskennt. So mussten wir auch beim LKW-Fahrer die Ware bezahlen, den genauen Betrag, da er kein Geld zum Herausgeben hat! Haben bislang den Pflasterer und den Asphaltierer schon mehrmals verschieben müssen! Nach mehrmaligen hinterher telefonieren, geben die Mitarbeiter von Josef Steiner der Spedition die Schuld! Das ist uns jedoch egal, wir kennen die Spedition nicht! Haben schließlich bei Josef Steiner die Ware bestellt und nicht bei der Spedition! Sind sehr unzufrieden! Das Ganze kostet uns nicht nur mehr Geld sondern Zeit und vor allem NERVEN!!! But we don't care, we don't know the shipping company! After all, we ordered the goods from Josef Steiner and not from the shipping company! Are very dissatisfied! Schauraum ist groß und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und sichtlich bemüht um den Kunden. Bought 2 side doors from Steiner in Ilz last week. Really top quality at a very good price. The showroom is large and the staff are friendly and clearly eager to please the customer.

p	peter rehling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz schwieriger Rahmenbedingungen hat uns Herr Gerner aus der Josef Steiner-Filiale Ilz eine tolle Buchen Vollholztreppe entworfen, die sehr schön aussieht und super in die schmale Ecke passt :-) Despite the difficult framework conditions, Mr. Gerner from the Josef Steiner branch in Ilz designed a great beech solid wood staircase for us, which looks very nice and fits perfectly into the narrow corner :-)
