Aufgrund unserer Familienzuwachses (neugeborenes Kind) waren wir auf der Suche nach einem größeren Auto und haben nach einiger Internetrecherche 4Rath Händler in der Nähe von Graz gefunden. Der gesamte Prozess des Autokaufs vom ersten Kontakt bis zum unterschriebenen Kaufvertrag war sehr einfach, transparent und angenehm. Der Chef und der Hauptmechaniker haben sich sogar bereit erklärt, nach der offiziellen Öffnungszeit (nach 17 Uhr) zu helfen, um den Autokauf so gut wie möglich zu unterstützen. Als netter Bonus gab es eine neue Autobahnvignette und nette lokale Geschenke (Kürbiskernöl) gegeben, die den Tag des Autokaufs noch angenehmer und unvergesslicher machten. Due to our family growth (newborn child), we were looking for a larger car and after some internet research we found a 4Rath dealer near Graz. The whole process of buying a car from the first contact to the signed sales contract was very easy, transparent and pleasant. The boss and the main mechanic even agreed to help after the official opening time (after 5pm) to support the car purchase as much as possible. As a nice bonus there was a new motorway vignette and nice local gifts (pumpkin seed oil) which made the car buying day even more enjoyable and memorable. Vom ersten Telefonat bis zur Abholung des Fahrzeugs einfach begeistert. Für mich mit weitem Abstand der aller beste Händler weit und breit. Kaufe sicher nicht zum letzten mal ein Auto bei ihm. Wir haben die Händlergarantie mit einem elektrischen Problem bei unserem Gebrauchtwagen in Anspruch nehmen müssen, das gesamte Abwicklung war ausgezeichnet, wir wurden zwischendurch immer gut informiert und haben sogar das Auto mit einem neuen Pickerl zurückbekommen. So eine kundenorientierte Firma findet man selten, die großen Autohändler/Autohausketten könnten hier ein Beispiel nehmen. Wir werden die Firma auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Absolutely recommendable: car purchase uncomplicated, flexible and smooth, the whole team is very nice and the communication works great. We had to call on the dealer warranty with an electrical problem on our used car, the entire process was excellent, we were always kept well informed and even got the car back with a new sticker. It is rare to find such a customer-oriented company, the large car dealers/car dealership chains could take an example here. We will definitely recommend the company.

Stephan was really pleasant, he showed me all the car related info, explained the process and offered advices, I did 2 long test drives, they even helped and kept my old car parked at their shop for almost 2 weeks. He is the owner and salesman so for him customer satisfaction is extremely important, which you can really tell. Service was everything that I expected, and more. I will gladly recommend 4rath.
