I go swimming there every now and then and every time I am disappointed, here is why: Whoever might be in charge with managing that place, does a very poor job. A couple of months ago I saw cockroaches. They close down the place one month in fall for refurbishment, whatever they refurbish there, there is still no ramp for a stroller; good luck single mothers, there is no one to help you carry the stroller up the stairs. Opening 9 o'clock in the morning, dried urine spots on the toilette seats.(most likely from the day before). Winter, with minus degrees outside and they have only 1 day a week with warm water, on Wednesday, the day when the swimming pool guidelines do not apply anymore (or, the employees will decide who should or shouldn't follow the swimming pool rules) even though they are written everywhere for everyone to read. 1.Under no circumstances you are allowed to step inside the pool area dreesed up in your clothes. I beg to differ, I've seen fathers down the pool, dressed up, taking pictures of their babies. I've seen dressed up caretakers for physically disabled people. 2.No swimming fins allowed (even the short fins specially designed for indoor swimming pools). However, some are allowed to go in the water wearing medical sandals. 3.On Wednesday in the morning there is a mixed salad of all sorts: Babies for swimming classes, elderly for relaxation and physically disabled associations (I leave your imagination for the rest). Today I've seen one of the disabled picking his nose and then washing his hand in the water. I mean, really? On Wednesday morning the water and the indoor temperature are comfortable, in the afternoon its freezing. The employess are opening the windows and of course the hot air goes up and the cold air comes down. There is a very good chance that your baby will get ill. Mine did. 4.Some of the staff are rude. Everyone wants to swimm or play in the water, it didn't occur to anyone by now, to separate these three categories: Babies, elderly and physically disabled?

Warm and clear water, unfortunately the same cannot be said for the visitors. The first public place with cockroaches I've been in Vienna - but good insects representation, saw 6 of them during one visit. Will never go back.

Although the building is historical and good for eyes. Not for a sport purpose. To reach the swimming pool from change cabins and shower is a bit chaos. You need to climb up and go down etc.. Because it is not that big pool, with children no possibility to swim freely. Good if u can catch empty!

Very nice swimming pool. A bit of a labyrinth to get from the changing rooms to the showers and then to the pool. Many stairs. The water is not cold and the amount of people was ok (if more then it would have been too crowded). Haven't been to the sauna there. Might visit again! :)

The building itself has its charme, though it is such a hassle to get to the pool - changing rooms are on the second floor, shower on the first, and to get to the pool then you have to switch sides and go back down another flight of stairs. There are not many lounge chairs, and it's very unlovingly set up. I knew it was only gonna be one big pool, but even that is crowded when there are more than 20 people in the water. I had to pay 3,40 euros more because it was a "hot water day", but the pool was still very chilly. I had to wrap myself in blankets when outside the water, cause the air temperature was not as warm as you'd expect in a pool either. It's ok for an hour or 2, but I will definitely try to find a different weekly pool.

Amazing public pool. The place is beautiful and clean. 30 euros a month for as many times and for as long as you want.

Dunno other places in Vienna yet for indoor pools, but this one was quite ok. It's probably cheaper than everything else and with some nice conditions. It can be a bit crowded since the pool is not really big. But I enjoy going there ;)

Lovely pool, decorative and bright. Not crowded on the morning I went, wider lanes than other pools in the city, very clean. It's not a joy to change on the 2nd floor, shower on the first, and swim below... Otherwise this would be a 5 star review
