★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accommodation was a trip back in the 70s with a twist. Bed sheets were never washed in the meantime. Couple of brown spots on sheet. The TV was smaller than a 7 inch tablet screen. Towels smelled as if they were washed with dirt. No soap in the bathroom. Poor bed mattress. Breakfast with a poor choice selection. No free WiFi. Unfriendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived late. Checkin before 1800 but a call ahead meant we had no problems.
Room was very clean and well presented. Good facilities. The only think tempting me to reduce to 4 star was no microwave oven.
The heating is great, too hot for me and turned all radiators off. Enough heat from below. Bed extremely comfortable and very warm bedding.
Situated towards the centre of town the Gaislachogl lift (James Bond feature not yet open as of Feb 18) is a 10 minute walk and the free lift to learner area 15 minutes. Parking at both main lifts is good but get there early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect to find a modern place first of all. The kitchen is not very good equipped(no microwave, no oven), the internet must be paid, the bathroom has some problems that can be seen in the photo and the breakfast is very poor for 10 euro. We decided after the first day to eat for the exact same amount at the neighbors, Garni Rustica, which was a perfect choice. Regarding the owner, I am sure she needs some anger management courses and to learn how to speak with the tourists...at least the location is good and it is always warm in the room.
