Collections: Archaeological showroom, excavations from Roman times and the Middle Ages, museum house with settlement models. Guided tours are from May to October every 1st Sunday of the month; offered at free admission. Meeting point at 2 pm in front of St. John's Church in Klederinger Straße.

P	Peter K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die vielleicht älteste Kirche Wiens (streitet sich mit der Rupprechtskirche darum ;) ). Sehr hübsch, sieht relativ frisch saniert aus. Würde auf alten römischen Ruinen erbaut, die in den letzten Jahren freigelegt würden und begehbar sind. Sowohl die Kirche als auch das gleich daneben liegende Gebäude mit Ausgrabungsfunden waren bei unserem Besuch leider zugesperrt. Perhaps the oldest church in Vienna (argues with the Rupprechtskirche about it;)). Very pretty, looks relatively fresh renovated. It was built on ancient Roman ruins that have been exposed and accessible in recent years. Both the church and the adjacent building with excavation finds were unfortunately closed during our visit.
R	Roxanne Schmidt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice but small church right on the border of Vienna. Nice to look upon but rather small for celebrating weddings. Located directly next to the local cycling route (Liesingtal Radweg) and a playground is in close proximity.
