Um uns die neue Badewanne, den neuen Waschtisch und das neue WC auszusuchen haben wir einen Beratungsgutschein genutzt und alles in einem Partner-Schauraum planen lassen. Zurück bei der Firma Biebl wurde die Materialliste und die 3D Zeichnung des Schauraums genommen und auf unsere Wünsche angepasst. Dabei wurden wir noch auf so manche Sachen aufmerksam gemacht, die wir berücksichtigen sollten. Alles in allem: Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Extremely nice contact, very competent and great value for money! For us it was about a bathroom renovation with a low budget. In order to choose the new bathtub, the new washbasin and the new toilet, we used an advice voucher and had everything planned in a partner showroom. Back at the Biebl company, the material list and the 3D drawing of the showroom were taken and adapted to our wishes. We were made aware of a number of things that we should take into account. All in all: we are very satisfied.

Jederzeit wieder und jedenfalls 5 Sterne! Needed help choosing a spare part. The young man in the storage area was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Anytime again and at least 5 stars!

An Reparaturen oder Service, wo die Einnahmen unterhalb vierstelliger Beträge liegen, hat Fa Biebl kein großes Interesse wie wir bereits 2x erfahren mussten. Man(n) ziert sich am Telefon, ist nicht sehr freundlich und grundsätzlich in Abwehr - eine Telefon-Kunden-Schulung wäre hier von Vorteil. Ob Fa Biebl bei unserem Neubauprojekt in 2023 dabei sein wird ist fraglich. Fa Biebl is very interested in selling complete bathrooms, the price-performance ratio is right here - everything works well too. Fa Biebl is not very interested in repairs or service, where the income is below four-digit amounts, as we have already experienced twice. One (n) is hesitant on the phone, is not very friendly and generally defensive - a telephone customer training would be an advantage here. It is questionable whether Fa Biebl will be part of our new building project in 2023.
