Diese Leute wissen was Sie tun und der Preisl stimmt auch. Auch nach getaner Arbeit ist M-TEC jederzeit erreichbar und hilft wenn man Fragen hat. We had M-TEC building a house for heating including geothermal and Sanitärrohinstallation. I can only say TOP TOP. One with asterisks. These people know what you are doing and the price is right too. Even after work M-TEC is always available and helps if you have questions.
M	My Cats Are Aliens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe noch nie so eine schlechten Kundenservice erlebt, trotz mehrmaliger Anrufe um Kontaktvereinbarung kam nie ein Anruf oder sonstige Kontaktaufnahme seitens der Firma zustande. So einen schlechten Kundenservice hab ich noch nie erlebt. Absolutes NoGo. I have never experienced such poor customer service, despite repeated calls to arrange contact, the company never called or made any other contact. I have never experienced such bad customer service. Absolute no-go.

Rasche und unkomplizierte Hilfe über den telefonischen Kundendienst. Fehler konnte dann selbständig und somit ohne Reparaturkosten behoben werden. VIELEN DANK für euren tollen Support. Hot water preparation via the fresh water module no longer worked properly after 7 years of operation. Quick and uncomplicated help via the telephone customer service. Errors could then be corrected independently and thus without repair costs. MANY THANKS for your great support.

Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht nur sehr kompetent, sondern waren auch immer pünktlichst zur Stelle (man kann die Uhr nach ihnen stellen). Obendrein waren alle sehr freundlich. All das gilt für das gesamte Team, von der Verwaltung, über die Projektleitung, bis hin zu den Monteuren. Ursprünglich sollte eine Erd-Wärmepumpe installiert werden. Leider schlug die Tiefenbohrung (durchgeführt von einer anderen Firma) aufgrund eines Wasserbeckens unter dem Haus fehl. M-TEC hat sogar die Kosten dafür übernommen!!! Jetzt haben wir eine super funktionierende, praktisch nicht hörbare, Luft-Wärmepumpe, und eine Photovoltaik-Anlage. Beides läuft bestens :-) Von der Beratung bis zur Abnahme wurde ich stets durch die gesamten Prozesse kompetent bebleitet. Ich kann diese Firma nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! I cannot praise M-TEC highly enough! The employees are not only very competent, but were also always there on time (you can set the clock according to them). On top of that everyone was very friendly. All of this applies to the entire team, from administration and project management to the fitters. Originally, a geothermal heat pump was to be installed. Unfortunately, the deep drilling (done by another company) failed due to a pool of water under the house. M-TEC even paid for it !!! Now we have a super-functioning, practically inaudible, air-source heat pump and a photovoltaic system. Both are going very well :-) From the consultation to the acceptance, I was always competently guided through the entire process. I can only warmly recommend this company!

Wärmepumpe läuft auch noch nach 15 Jahren mit höchstem Wirkungsgrad ohne jegliche Probleme. Auf den Punkt gebracht: "In jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert!" Company with handshake quality, the best price-performance ratio, great advice and reliable service. Humanly, professionally and qualitatively simply topp !! Even after 15 years, the heat pump will still run at the highest level of efficiency without any problems. In a nutshell: "Recommended in every way!"
