They don't even know the contact details, let alone an email address, of their petrol station partners in Austria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanke seit ca 5 Jahren in Bludenz/Österreich, Abfahrt Autobahn, wenn ich von Deutschland nach Österreich und wieder zurück fahre, Benzinpreise top, aaaber die Toilette.....seit dieser Zeit unverändert defekt und schmutzig.
Refueling for about 5 years in Bludenz / Austria, exit the autobahn when I drive from Germany to Austria and back again, gasoline prices top, but the toilet ..... since then still defective and dirty.
