M	Mobin Qudusi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe vor 1 Jahr Boxspringbett gekauft es wurde mir versprochen, dass die Matratzen und 5cm Komfort Schaum Topper sind Sehr gut haben 2 Jahre Garantie, aber leider nach paar Monaten die Topper ist kaputt gegangen ich habe Firma kontaktiere mehrere mal Email geschrieben sie haben nicht mal mein Email geantwortet, das finde ich nicht gut daher Sehr schlechte Qualitäten schlechte Service. Schade um das Geld besser nicht kaufen! I bought Boxspring bed 1 year ago I was promised that the mattresses and 5cm comfort foam topper are very good have 2 years warranty, but unfortunately after a few months the topper broke down I have contacted company several times email they have not even my email replied that i do not like it well therefore very bad qualities bad service. Too bad to not buy the money better!

Das LED funktioniert nicht mir würde aber sofort telefonisch ein Service angeboten. Das Bett hat eine gute Qualität. Tolles und schnelles Service, tolles Team. Ich würde auf jeden Fall hier wieder bestellen. Gut gemacht Hello, yes what can I say. The bed is super comfortable, says the woman. The delivery date was the next day after the order was placed. The LED does not work, but I would be offered a service immediately by phone. The bed is of good quality. Great and fast service, great team. I would definitely order here again. Well done

P	Peaches Loca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim aufbauen der Möbel wurden Schäden verursacht, danach schlägt man sich mit Mitarbeitern rum, die einen auf eine Mail-Adresse vertrösten, von der man aber nie eine Antwort erhält. Den Bewertungen nach zu urteilen passiert das bei dieser ehrenlosen Firma öfter - Schäden werden verursacht, Möbel sind fehlerhaft und dann wird niemals Verantwortung übernommen. Bei uns handelt es sich zum glück nur um kleinere Schäden, aber ich würde hier nur etwas kaufen, wenn man eine gute Rechtsschutzversicherung hat, da man hier wohl nur mit einem Anwalt ernst genommen wird. Furchtbarer Kundenservice. Damage was caused when assembling the furniture, then you deal with employees who put you off with an email address from which you never get an answer. Judging by the reviews, this happens more often at this dishonorable company - damage is caused, furniture is faulty and then responsibility is never taken. Luckily for us it's only minor damage, but I would only buy something here if you have good legal protection insurance, since you're only taken seriously here with a lawyer. Terrible customer service.

(Bett Palma mit einen Stoffbezug bestellt) Das Bett ist wunderschön, super bequem und die Lieferung ging um 4 Wochen schneller als gedacht (durch den andren Bezug etwas längere Lieferzeit, war aber klar war ☺️) Wie vereinbart erhielten wir einen Anruf, sobald das Bett im Lager angekommen war, um einen Liefertermin auszumachen. Diese verlief absolut Problemlos mit Montage. Die beiden Herren die dies erledigten waren sehr nett und professionell. Das einzige wo ich evtl etwas mehr darauf achten würde ist das Telefon, da hat man eher schwieriger jemanden erreicht, wurde aber zurück gerufen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier einkaufen und das Geschäft empfehlen! We bought a box spring bed from Jenin Möbel. Price performance = unbeatable. (Palma bed ordered with a fabric cover) The bed is beautiful, super comfortable and the delivery was 4 weeks faster than expected (due to the other cover, the delivery time was a little longer, but it was clear ☺️) As agreed, we received a call as soon as the bed had arrived in the warehouse to arrange a delivery date. This went absolutely smoothly with assembly. The two gentlemen who took care of this were very nice and professional. The only thing I would pay more attention to is the phone, because it was more difficult to reach someone, but was called back. We would shop here again anytime and recommend the shop!
