I	Irmchen K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Lehrling vermute ich mal war extrem frech der gute wollte es für 500€ montieren obwohl max. 250€ ausgemacht war und das es nur zu einem Preisvorschlag kommen soll und wenn es für uns passt Preislich auch montieren. Aber der Bursche hatte seinen Preis festgelegt und wollte alles andere nicht hören auch wie ich mit dem Chef telefoniert habe hat der Herr es bestätigt die 250€ und trotzdem wollte der Lehrling nicht hören das war ihm egal und er hätte keine Zeit mit mir einen Preisvorschlag zu machen und ob ich denke das das ein Spaß für ihn ist. Nahm die Markise und ging los und sagte ja für 500€ mach ich das jetzt. Er ist nicht um sonst rausgefahren. Da muss ich aber sagen der Chef war sehr nett und mit dem Herren konnte man reden. Tut mich auch sehr leid für den Chef er kann ja nix dafür aber sowas geht leider nicht. Nur dieser Bursche sollte nicht im Kundenbereich arbeiten dürfen und sollte meiner Meinung die Kündigung erhalten. Bin selber aus dem Kundenbreich und so wie er mit mir und meinem Mann geredet hat geht das nicht. Kunde ist König. Leider haben wir unsere Markise nicht montieren können. Sehr schade wie gesagt der Chef war sehr nett und verständlich. The apprentice I guess was extremely cheeky the good one wanted to assemble it for 500 € although max. 250 € was agreed and that there should only be a price proposal and if it suits us, also assemble the price. But the guy had set his price and didn't want to hear everything else, even as I called the boss on the phone, the gentleman confirmed it and the apprentice didn't want to hear that, he didn't care and he wouldn't have time to suggest a price with me and if I think it's fun for him. Took the awning and went and said yes for 500 € I do it now. He didn't go out for anything else. But I have to say the boss was very nice and you could talk to the gentleman. I'm also very sorry for the boss, he can't do anything about it, but unfortunately that doesn't work. Only this guy should not be allowed to work in the customer area and should get the dismissal in my opinion. I'm from the customer area myself and the way he talked to me and my husband doesn't work. Customer is king. Unfortunately we were unable to assemble our awning. A shame as I said the boss was very nice and understandable.
