M	Miro LA-UNA BEAUTYLINE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also mein Teller von der Bestellung sieht wie folgt aus 1/4 vom ganzen Teller ist Fleisch und der Rest des Tellers besteht aus Nudeln eventuell hab ich 8 entenstücke auf meinem Teller die nicht mal groß sind und dafür bezahlt man absolute Frechheit So my plate from the order looks like this 1/4 of the whole plate is meat and the rest of the plate consists of noodles maybe I have 8 pieces of duck on my plate that are not even big and you pay absolute cheek for that

Aber nur 1x wurden wir angerufen, dass etwas aus ist! 1x Mango Garnelen bestellt und Mango Ente erhalten... Heute hab ich ein äußerst enttauschendes süß sauer Gericht bekommen. Der Japan Mix war anders als bestellt und als ich am Telefon reklamierte war die Dame alles andre als freundlich und meinte nachdem sie kA was 3min von sich gegeben hat, dass andre Kunden anrufen würde und ich ihre Zeit stehle. Joah, danke für die Info - werds mir überlegen beim nächsten Mal! Annoying, I've already ordered 5 times and something doesn't fit every time! But we were only called once that something was over! 1x ordered mango prawns and received mango duck ... Today I got an extremely disappointing sweet and sour dish. The Japan Mix was different than what I ordered and when I complained on the phone, the lady was anything but friendly and said after she gave no information about 3 minutes that other customers would call and I would steal their time. Yeah, thanks for the info - I'll think about it next time!

Eine Suppe gar nicht , statt ein mal szechuan Chicken hab ich zwei mal Chop Suey bekommen , statt Avocada Makis sind Lachs Makis gekommen. Für 18,50 € erwarte ich mir dann schon das die Bestellung ankommt die ich auch erwarte The food was warm and relatively good, but my order arrived completely wrong. Not a soup at all, instead of one szechuan chicken I got two chop suey, instead of avocada makis I got salmon makis. For € 18.50 I expect that the order that I am expecting will arrive
S	Stefan salzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach ca. 90 Minuten angerufen und gefragt was mit dem Essen ist da wurde gesagt noch 20 Minuten. Extra Nummer mit geschickt das wir angerufen werden können falls es länger dauert oder was nicht da ist. Nach gefühlten 5 Minuten am Telefon und einer Mitarbeiterin die mehr als unfreundlich war wurde ich mit einem Herren verbunden der ebenfalls zusicherte das das Essen in 20 Minuten da wäre. Nach weiteren 5 Minuten am Telefon meinte ich das mein essen dann in 20 Minuten da zusein hat aber auf einmal war das nicht lange genug und die bräuchten noch länger. Es würde dann von Seiten des Restaurants einfach aufgelegt ohne zu sagen was jetzt ist ob das essen noch kommt, ob die Bestellung jetzt storniert ist oder ähnliches. Wir haben schon oft die bestellt und jedes Mal hat irgendwas nicht gepasst allerdings hab ich immer drüber weg gesehen da es der einzige Asiate in unserer Gegend ist und das Essen wenigstens meistens warm angekommen ist. Aber 2 Stunden Lieferzeit ohne bescheid geben gehen Mal garnicht und dann noch unfreundlich und patzig am Telefon sein geht noch weniger!! War fix das letzte !!! After what felt like 5 minutes on the phone and an employee who was more than unfriendly, I was put through to a gentleman who also assured that the food would be there in 20 minutes. After another 5 minutes on the phone, I said that my food would have to be there in 20 minutes, but suddenly that wasn't long enough and they would need even longer. The restaurant would then simply hang up without saying what is now, whether the food is still coming, whether the order has now been canceled or something similar. We have often ordered them and every time something went wrong, but I always looked over it because it is the only Asian in our area and the food at least mostly arrived warm. But 2 hours of delivery time without letting you know, sometimes not at all and then being unfriendly and snotty on the phone is even less! It was the last one !!!

Zu Beginn des Lockdowns haben wir 3 mal bestellt, jedesmal haben sich die Liefergebühren beziehungsweise die Mindestbestellgebühr verdoppelt. bei 70 Euro mindestbestellwert und 10 euro liefergebühr haben wir es sein lassen. Die Sauberkeit im Lokal insbesondere der Toiletten lassen keine guten Rückschlüsse auf die Küche zu. Auch der Umgang mit Lebensmittel (Sushi war lauwarm beim damaligen Buffet) dürfte nachschulungsbedürftig sein. The food is still halfway average, even for a third-class Chinese restaurant. At the beginning of the lockdown we ordered 3 times, each time the delivery fees or the minimum order fee doubled. With a minimum order value of 70 euros and a delivery fee of 10 euros, we dropped it. The cleanliness of the restaurant, especially the toilets, does not allow conclusions to be drawn about the kitchen. Dealing with food (sushi was lukewarm at the buffet at the time) should also require further training.

Kein entgegenkommen vom Restaurant. Unfortunately, the order was not fresh. The meat was hard to eat. When asked by phone, they only replied that it was my taste. No meeting from the restaurant.
