Bei einen Tages Seminar bekommt man die Wichtigsten Informationen, kurz und Informativ um selbst diese Produkte zu kreieren zu können. Zusätzliches Wissen zu Rohstoffe, und Verarbeitung bekommt man aus den Ausführlichen Seminarunterlagen die ausserdemu über sehr viele Rezepte verfügt . ?? Zum Shop muss ich erst nach Besuch bzw. Bestellung eine Bewertung hinzufügen. For anyone who wants to make his cosmetics and body care with his one hand, I can recommend these seminars. At a day seminar you get the most important information, short and informative to be able to create these products yourself. Additional knowledge about raw materials and processing can be found in the detailed seminar documents which also have many recipes. ?? To the shop I must add only after visit or order a rating.
T	Tanja Schweigler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Bestellung kam sehr schnell und gut verpackt an. Auch die Rohstoffe sind von guter Qualität. Leider hat aber der Kundenservice völlig versagt: ich habe einen Minimixer für die Kosmetikherstellung bestellt, bei dem ein Hartplastik-Becher mit passenden Mixaufsatz dabei ist. Es sieht sehr praktisch aus, man kann den kleinen Mixer in das Loch des Aufsatzes stecken, diesen dann auf den Becher und man muss während des Mixens nichts halten. Wider bessereren Wissens (bei der Produktbeschreibung stand nicht, dass man den Becher nicht zum Mixen verwenden darf und wegen des Mixaufsatzes nimmt man halt an, er ist dafür da...) habe ich in dem Becher meine Creme gerührt. Danach war der Becher überall eingerissen - ich nehme an, dass das Plastik einfach nach längerer Lagerung spröde war. Ich habe sehr nett angefragt, ob vielleicht ein Materialfehler vorliegt und wurde von der Geschäftsführerin herablassend darauf hingewiesen, dass man in diesem Becher keine Cremes rührt, er sei ein Messbecher und sonst nichts. Keine Ahnung warum dann der Aufsatz dabei ist. Sowieso würde keine "Rührerin" je in einem Plastikbecher rühren und er wird wohl kaputt gegangen sein, weil er im Geschirrspüler (!) war. Denn er ist nicht für Temperaturen von 60 Grad ausgelegt. Seltsamerweise gibt es sogar Produktbilder des Herstellers, in welchen der Becher zum Schäumen von heißer (!) Milch verwendet wird, also dürfte der Becher sehr wohl dafür da sein. Nachdem ich der Geschäftsführerein dieses Bild zukommen ließ, kam überhaupt keine Antwort mehr. Also Kundenservice oder Höflichkeit gleich null - schade, ich werde bei der Naturkosmetik Werkstatt nicht mehr bestellen! The order arrived very quickly and well packed. Unfortunately, however, customer service failed completely: I ordered a mini mixer for cosmetics production, which includes a hard plastic cup with a matching mixing attachment. It looks very practical, you can put the small mixer in the hole of the attachment, then put it on the cup and you don't have to hold anything while mixing. Against better knowledge (in the product description it did not say that the cup should not be used for mixing and because of the mixing attachment one assumes it is there ...) I stirred my cream in the cup. After that, the cup was torn everywhere - I assume that the plastic just became brittle after long storage. I asked very nicely whether there might be a material defect and the manageress condescendingly pointed out that there are no creams in this cup, it is a measuring cup and nothing else. No idea why the essay is there. Anyway, no "stirrer" would ever stir in a plastic cup and it will probably have broken because he was in the dishwasher (!). Because it is not designed for temperatures of 60 degrees. Oddly enough, there are even product pictures of the manufacturer in which the mug is used to froth hot (!) Milk, so the mug should be there for that. After I sent the picture to the manager, there was no answer at all. So customer service or courtesy is zero - too bad, I will no longer order from the natural cosmetics workshop!
J	Judith Leitner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier kaufe ich immer wieder gerne ein! Großes Sortiment und sehr, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Keine Frage bleibt unbeantwortet. Die Geduld und Auskunftbereitschaft ist groß. Da fühlt man sich auch wohl, wenn man auf gewissen Gebieten erst am Anfang steht. Auch der Versand klappt gut und schnell. Ist umweltfreundlich verpackt und auch ein kleines "Bestelldankeschön" ist dazugepackt. Sollte ein bestimmtes Produkt mal nicht am Lager sein, wird man telefonisch kontaktiert. Das ist für mich noch was Persönliches, das man sonst nirgendwo so schnell findet!! DANKE an Euch ALLE !!!!?? I always like to shop here! Large assortment and very, very nice employees who are on hand with help and advice. No question remains unanswered. The patience and willingness to provide information is great. You feel at home there even if you are just starting out in certain areas. The shipping also works well and quickly. It is packaged in an environmentally friendly way and a small "thank you gift" is also included. If a certain product is not in stock, you will be contacted by phone. Die Waren kamen sehr gut verpackt und unglaublich schnell bei mir an. (Freitag Abend bestellt, Dienstag Mittag geliefert) Besonders freue ich mich, dass viele Sachen in praktischen und wiederverwendbaren Schraubgläsern verpackt sind. Absolute Empfehlung!! In the natural cosmetics workshop you get everything you need as a "do-it-yourself mixer". It's great that you don't have to rely on foreign mail order companies. The goods arrived very well packaged and incredibly quickly. (Ordered Friday evening, delivered Tuesday midday) I am particularly pleased that many things are packed in practical and reusable screw-top jars. Absolute recommendation!!

The feeling of being "welcomed" or "gut aufgehoben" did not leave me me for a while after visiting you wonderful (oh, that is true, without any inverted commas) store. Please next time wait until your "impolite" customers leave the shop and then begin the discussion.
