wechselt und war auf Suche nach einer anderen Apotheke.
Bei genannter Apotheke habe ich den Medikamentenbedarf auf
meinem Rezept nur telefonisch durchgegeben.
Eine Pharmazeutin hat die nicht lagernden Arzneimittel eingeholt,
sodass alles zusammen am nächsten Tag abholbereit war.
Obwohl man mich nicht gekannt hat und ich auch kein Rezept vorgelegt hatte, hat man mir das Vertrauen entgegengebracht und alles zu meiner besten Zufriedenheit erledigt.
Das mit einer Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz!
Als ich am nächsten Tag Besuch bekam, hat ein kurzer Anruf genügt,
und der Abholtermin und die Vorlage des Rezeptes wurde wunschgemäss verschoben.
Ich kann diese Apotheke nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen, da man
dort mehr als bemüht ist, alle Kundenwünsche zu erfüllen.
Ich bin und bleibe sehr gerne Kundin dieser Apotheke!
For various reasons, I have my regular pharmacy
changed and was looking for another pharmacy.
At the mentioned pharmacy I have the need for medication
my recipe only by phone.
A pharmacist has caught up with the non-stored drugs,
so that everything was ready for pickup the next day.
Although I was not known and I had not presented a recipe, I was trusted and done everything to my best satisfaction.
That with a friendliness and competence!
When I got a visit the next day, a quick phone call was enough
and the collection date and the presentation of the recipe was postponed as desired.
