★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute den ersten Termin mit Eapen Jacob Kottayill (Ayurveda Wohlfühlpraktiker) in Wien gehabt. Eine Massage hatte ich aufgrund meiner Invalidität und den damit verbundenen Gehstock bereits dringend nötig.
Jakob hat mich toll mit heißem Öl/Kräutern am Rücken massiert und fühle mich jetzt schon wie neugeboren.
Ich hoffe, es folgen viele meinem Beispiel und tun ihrer physischen und psychischen Gesundheit etwas Gutes, Stress gibt es im Moment eh genug.
Nur zum weiterempfehlen, leider nur Wochenende in Wien! Sonst in Linz zu finden.
 Today I had my first appointment with Eapen Jacob Kottayill (Ayurveda wellness practitioner) in Vienna. Due to my disability and the walking stick that came with it, I urgently needed a massage.
Jakob gave me a great massage with hot oil / herbs on my back and I already feel like newborn.
I hope that many will follow my example and do something good for their physical and mental health, there is enough stress at the moment anyway.
Only to be recommended, unfortunately only for the weekend in Vienna! Otherwise found in Linz.
