Ich brauchte Ersatzteile für eine ÖBB 1163. Und was soll ich sagen? Extrem schnelle Reaktion, sehr netter Kontakt und innerhalb weniger Tage hatte ich die Ersatzteile. Und das ohne Kosten, fünf Sterne und keinen Deut weniger. So macht Modellbahn Spaß!! Very outstanding!! The products are really great. Anyone who likes ÖBB and drives in H0 cannot ignore Jägerndorfer. And the customer service is top notch. I needed spare parts for an ÖBB 1163. And what can I say? Extremely fast reaction, very nice contact and within a few days I had the spare parts. And that without costs, five stars and not a whit less. This is how model railroading is fun!

Extrem akurat und fein detailiert, überzeugen die Loks mit extrem feinen Fahreigenschaften. Das sowohl im analogen als auch im digitalen Betrieb - natürlich auch im Kriechgang. Wie schon erwähnt kann ich mir keinen besseren Kundenservice vorstellen. 2 Modelle von Jägerndorfer habe ich schon, und ich freue mich auf viele weitere. Anyone who likes Öbb railroad models is well served by Jägerndorfer. Extremely accurate and finely detailed, the locomotives convince with extremely fine driving characteristics. This applies to both analogue and digital operation - of course also in creep speed. As already mentioned, I cannot imagine a better customer service. I already have 2 models from Jägerndorfer and I am looking forward to many more.
