★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty, unprofessionally managed facility. They provide fake information about the rooms (incorrect info about room size, making up the photos of the rooms in photoshop to show floor-to-ceiling window, which they never have). Do not expect even a bit of professionalism there.
Restaurant is ok, felt overpriced though, with poor service (do not expect any smile there also).
Cleaning is almost absent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ??FOOD POISONING from the hotel's buffet!
My boyfriend and me stayed one week at the hotel and got a severe food poisoning (I spare you the details). The hotel's personnel didn't offer any help or support, not even a bottle of water or the possibility to extend shortly our stay (some hours -1 night). We needed to visit the town's doctor but didn't have a car and after asking the reception, they told us they couldn't help us except calling for a taxi for Innsbruck (approx 100 euros).
During our stay the hotel changed their internet site where it was written that they offer a free card for the bus, and when we asked in the reception they faked to don't know what we were talking about and talk to us in a condescending tone. In summary, please don't stay in this hotel, the personnel from the reception is not kind or supportive and the hotel is 15 mins walk from the village (slopes and restaurants) it's really not worth it for the price and the bad experience you can have if something goes wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience in the heart of Kühtai.
There several musts in the ski hotel: how close it is to the lifts, quality of breakfast, sauna, comfy bed and views from the lounges inside and outside. Jagdschloss hotel has it all :) We have stayed in the old building, Elizabeth room and everyday we woke up to the brilliant views of the slopes. The hotel restaurant where breakfast is served has magnificent big windows so you drink your coffee and while watching the sun coming out from the peaks. I loved lounge near reception with its window seatings. Slopes are literally ten steps alway :) Book in advance and you will get reasonable prices.
