Das von mir gesehene Personal sitzt nur kunden-desinteressiert herum, spielt auf dem Privat-Handy schrill-laute Handy-Spiele, oder speist minutenlang in der "Arbeitszeit" ( gebe es in der Privatwirtschaft nicht ) Frage mich nur warum ich da jede Woche um einen neuen Termin hinfahren muss Totally unnecessary - does not provide jobs. The staff I have seen just sit around, disinterested in their customers, playing high-pitched mobile phone games on their private cell phones, or dine for minutes during "working hours" (this doesn't exist in the private sector) just wondering why I go there every week has to go to a new appointment
A	Ali K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde nach einer EINMALIGEN nicht mal 4 minütigen Verspätung an das AMS zurückgewiesen, die Begründung der Dame am Telefon konnte ich aufgrund schlechter Deutschkenntnisse der Dame und der Tatsache dass Sie mich fast anschrie nicht verstehen. Es wäre mein erster Termin bei ITWORKS bei Ihnen gewesen. Ich hab der Dame am Telefon noch versucht zu erklären, dass ich bereits in Handelskai bin und die U-Bahn eine Störung hat. Ich hab Ihr gar einen Beweis der Störung erbracht. Leider fehlt es Ihren Mitarbeiterinnen an ALLES. I was turned back to the AMS after a ONE-TIME delay of less than 4 minutes, I couldn't understand the reason given by the lady on the phone due to the lady's poor knowledge of German and the fact that she almost shouted at me. It would have been my first appointment at ITWORKS with you. I tried to explain to the lady on the phone that I'm already in Handelskai and that the subway is disrupted. I even gave her proof of the disturbance. Unfortunately, your employees lack EVERYTHING.

Very friendly. Helpful and competent staff. Had an appointment today, according to Ams. But Itworks is closed until 2.1.22. Error from Ams.
