Wer, so wie ich, einem lieben Verwandten eine Freude machen möchte und einen Gutschein über einen Tagesausritt oder sonstiges bei diesem Reithof Piber ersteht, hat einen riesigen Fehler gemacht! Ich habe, wie oben beschrieben, diesen fatalen Gutschein gekauft, damals wusste ich allerdings noch nicht, wie viele Nerven das meine Verwandtschaft kosten würde. Den Tagesausritt habe ich vor ca 1 Jahr gekauft und verschenkt. Noch während meines Kaufes habe ich mich beim Chef höchstpersönlich erkundigt, wie oft denn so ein Tagesausritt stattfindet, da meine Schwester sehr weit weg wohnt. Damals wurde mir „scheinheilig“ versichert, der Tagesausritt fände mindestens 4 mal im Monat statt, und man fände auf alle Fälle eine Lösung. Dummerweise habe ich mich darauf verlassen und den Gutschein gekauft. Etliche male hat sich meine Schwester um einen Termin bemüht, jedes mal wenn schon ein fixer Termin fest stand wurde er entweder sehr kurzfristig oder gar nicht abgesagt, was bedeutet, dass meine Schwester vor verschlossenen Türen stand. Noch mal zur Erinnerung, sie muss ca 100km fahren! Sehr ärgerlich! Aber die Höhe ereignete sich letztes Wochenende. Da wir grade „in der Nähe“ waren sind wir bei dem Gestüt vorbei gefahren, um entweder den Gutschein unbefristet verlängern zu lassen, das Geld zurückerstattet zu bekommen oder um zu einer anderen Lösung zu kommen. Anstatt freundlich mit uns umzugehen und zu verhandeln oder gemeinsam mit uns zu versuchen dieses Problem zu lösen wurden wir tatsächlich von dem Inhaber, einer Reitlehrerin und sogar einer Schülerin!! beschimpft und raus geworfen. Wie bitte geht man hier mit Kunden um? Ich habe 100 Euro für den Gutschein bezahlt und bestehe deshalb darauf, dass die erstandene Leistung (ein Tagesausritt) auch erbracht wird. Sollte nicht bald ein Lösungsansatz gefunden werden sehe ich mich gezwungen rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten! Fazit: Reithof Piber ist ein no-go Hello dear horse friends! Anyone who, like me, would like to make a dear relative happy and buy a voucher for a day ride or anything else at this Piber riding center has made a huge mistake! As described above, I bought this fatal voucher, but at the time I didn't know how much nerve it would cost my relatives. I bought the day ride about 1 year ago and gave it away. While I was buying, I personally asked the boss how often such a day ride takes place because my sister lives very far away. At that time I was "hypocritically" assured that the day ride would take place at least 4 times a month and that a solution would be found in any case. Unfortunately, I relied on it and bought the voucher. My sister tried to make an appointment several times, every time a fixed appointment was set, it was either canceled at short notice or not at all, which means that my sister was standing in front of closed doors. As a reminder, she has to drive about 100km! Very annoying! But the height happened last weekend. Since we were just "close by" we drove past the stud to either have the voucher extended indefinitely, to get the money back or to find another solution. Instead of being friendly with us and negotiating or trying to solve this problem together with us, we were actually met by the owner, a riding instructor and even a student !! insulted and thrown out. How do you deal with customers here? I paid 100 euros for the voucher and therefore insist that the service purchased (a day's ride) be provided. If a solution is not found soon, I will be forced to take legal action! Conclusion: Reithof Piber is a no-go
