Ohne je aufdringlich zu sein, führt sie ihre KlientInnen mithilfe des "Organisationskompass" zu ihrer eigenen Lösung: Von der Sinnfrage bis hin zum ersten konkreten Umsetzungsschritt. (Aus dieser Arbeit mit Organisationskompass ist übrigens inzwischen auch ein großartiges Buch entstanden!)
Isabella Klien is an attentive and loving companion who stands by her clarity and appreciation, especially in change processes soothing and invigorating. Without ever being intrusive, she leads her clients to their own solution with the help of the "Organizational Compass": from the question of meaning to the first concrete implementation step. (Incidentally, a great book has been created from this work with Organizational Compass!)
