A	Alina Zika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann die schlechten Rezensionen hier überhaupt nicht verstehen. Die Firma ist wohl aus Berlin und kommt zu bestimmten Terminen nach Wien und Graz. Habe ein Glasbild meinem Mann zu Weihnachten geschenkt, online bezahlt, Termin ausgemacht und gleich einen Termin zum fotografieren der Iris in Wien bekommen. Als wir dort waren, hat uns ein netter Herr empfangen und unsere Augen fotografiert. Es ist kein Studio bzw. Lokal sondern eher eine gemietete Wohnung. 3 Wochen später hatten wir das Glasbild bereits per Post erhalten. Sieht wahnsinnig toll aus und ist wirklich etwas Besonderes! Da es doch etwas teuer ist, gibt's einen Stern Abzug. Cant understand the bad reviews here at all. The company is probably from Berlin and comes to Vienna and Graz on certain dates. I gave a glass picture to my husband for Christmas, paid online, made an appointment and got an appointment to photograph the Iris in Vienna. When we were there, a nice gentleman welcomed us and photographed our eyes. It is not a studio or a restaurant but rather a rented apartment. 3 weeks later we had already received the glass picture in the mail. Looks amazing and is really something special! Since it is a bit expensive, there is a star deduction.

Ich habe mich aufgrund Corona vorinformiert ob dieser stattfindet und mir wurde auch schnell geantwortet. Auf der Sprechanlage vorm Hauseingang bzw. auf der Haustür selbst ist der Firmenname angeschrieben gewesen. Diese Firma hat ihren Hauptsitz in Berlin, nicht in Wien und die Fotografen müssen auch von dort anreisen, was in diesen Corona-Zeiten eben leider auch nicht mehr so einfach ist. Das nur kurz zur Erklärung für andere potentielle Kunden und Interessenten da diese vielleicht von den anderen (enttäuschten) Rezensionen etwas verunsichert sind. My partner and I had our appointment today and it was easy, professional and problem-free. Due to Corona, I informed myself in advance whether this would take place and I was answered quickly. The company name was written on the intercom in front of the house entrance or on the front door itself. This company has its headquarters in Berlin, not in Vienna, and the photographers also have to travel from there, which is unfortunately no longer so easy in these Corona times. This is just a brief explanation for other potential customers and interested parties, as they may be a little unsettled by the other (disappointed) reviews.
P	Philip Auinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACHTUNG: Die Firma Iris Shot kassiert den vollen Kaufpreis, aber die Dienstleistung wird nicht erbracht und es gibt auch keine Gutschrift. Auf der Website wird nirgendwo darauf hingewiesen, dass wegen Corona aktuell keine Fotos möglich sind. Der Verkäufer ist per E-Mail auch sehr unkooperativ. ATTENTION: The company Iris Shot collects the full purchase price, but the service is not provided and there is no credit. Nowhere on the website is it indicated that no photos are currently possible due to Corona. The seller is also very uncooperative via email.
t	tamara Lodner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht mal 1 Stern! Pure Abzocke. Die Weihnachtsaktion läuft noch immer mit reduzierten Preisen locken. Dann wird man zeitlich begrenzt um einen Termin zu wählen und dzt gibt es ja lockdownbedingt keine Termine. Wenn man von seinem Widerruf gebrauch machen will wird dieser nicht anerkannt und man bekommt kein Geld zurück (obwohl keine Leistung erbracht wurde) Seitens der Firma wird behauptet dass die Leistung erbracht wurde, weil man einen Link zum Terminkalender bekommen hat. Habe aber 2x Irisfotografie + Ergebnis auf einer Leinwand bestellt. Insgesamt 270€ denen ich jetzt hinterher laufe. Also ganz klar KEINE EMPFEHLUNG!!! Not even 1 star! Pure rip-off. The Christmas promotion is still running with reduced prices. Then you are limited in time to choose an appointment and currently there are no appointments due to lockdown. If you want to make use of your revocation, it will not be recognized and you will not get any money back (although no service was provided). The company claims that the service was provided because you received a link to the appointment calendar. But I ordered 2x iris photography + result on a canvas. A total of 270 € which I am now running after. So clearly NO RECOMMENDATION !!!
K	Karin H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Ahnung wo in Wien Irisshot nun ist. Es wäre ein Geburtstagsgeschenk gewesen. Als wir zum Termin zu dem auf der Homepage angegeben Ort gekommen sind, hat uns dort ein Mann erzählt, dass Irisshot schon lange nicht mehr hier ist und er immer wieder Ärger damit hat, weil die Adresse auf der Homepage nicht stimmt. Auch er erreicht dort niemanden. Seit ich denen ein böses Mail geschrieben habe, kommt keine Reaktion mehr. Totaler Reinfall. 1 Stern ist noch zu viel! No idea where in Vienna Irisshot is now. It would have been a birthday present. When we came to the appointment at the place indicated on the homepage, a man there told us that Irisshot hasn't been here for a long time and that he keeps having trouble because the address on the homepage is wrong. He doesn't reach anyone there either. Since I wrote them a nasty email, there hasn't been a response. Total flop. 1 star is still too much!
B	Bea Pacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Termin wurde mit dem Grund "Corona" nie eingehalten. Auch dann nicht als bereits alle Geschäfte und Fotografen bereits geöffnet waren. Das Geld habe ich bis heute nicht retour bekommen, trotz zahlreicher Mails. Immer wieder wird vertröstet und im letzten Mail hieß es mein Anspruch sei nicht mehr gegeben. Unmögliches Verhalten! Nie wieder ! My appointment was never kept for the reason "Corona". Not even when all the shops and photographers were already open. I haven't got the money back to this day, despite numerous emails. Again and again people put off and in the last email it said my claim was no longer given. Impossible behavior! Never again !
J	Julia Grimschitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe im Mai einen Gutschein für ein Irisshooting gekauft und wurde dann vertröstet, dass es zur Zeit aufgrund von Corona nicht möglich wäre. Auf weitere Nachfragen den ganzen Sommer über wurde Corona immer als ausrede genützt um keinen Termin zu vereinbaren. Ich habe daher eine Rückerstattung gefordert und diese wurde mir eigentlich auch zugesichert, aber das Geld habe ich nie bekommen. Nach mehreren Androhungen des Rechtsschutz habe ich nun das Geld rückerstattet bekommen. I bought a voucher for an iris shoot in May and was then put off that it would not be possible at the moment due to Corona. In response to further inquiries throughout the summer, Corona was always used as an excuse not to make an appointment. So I asked for a refund and I was actually guaranteed it, but I never got the money. After several threats of legal protection, I have now received my money back.
