I had some speakers which I bought from a "retail" shop in Graz and when it was kaputt, no one was ready to even touch the speakers, let alone repair it. This shop gladly accepted my request, listened to my query and repaired my speakers for a reasonable price. Shops like these are a rare find in a complicted world today.
