J	Jan Meijer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorige week zondagmorgen even skimateriaal huren. Het materiaal was uitstekend, maar het wachten was echt te lang. We stonden pas na twee uur buiten. Advies: probeer het huren op het eind van de dag, en niet in de ochtend. Renting ski equipment last Sunday morning. The material was excellent, but the wait was really too long. We were out after two hours. Advice: try renting at the end of the day, not in the morning.

The shop is a 2 minute walk from the main lift and bus terminus serving the other ski areas. Service was prompt and with a smile and you can store your skis and boots overnight at no charge.

However, recently I had an unpleasant experience with one of the assistants in the 'old' building opposite the new Schlossalmbahn. I wanted to rent skitouring shoes; there were none available in my size, but a young member of staff confirmed there might be some at the Angertal rental. I thought it was the same company, but couldn't find the phone etc. details on the map, so after a second I returned to Intersport to ask if they could call the other store or give me the phone no and I'd call them myself. The assistant I asked about this (a 40+ man) reacted to my request with rolling his eyes, raising his eyebrows and a lot of "call them, sure, nice service for free". I said if he gave me the number I'd call myself if it was a problem, and explained I couldn't find the place on the map, to which he responded with disbelief: "You can't find it? I can". I said I couldn't see any Intersport store in the Angertal area, and finally heard it was a different company (of which I was unaware). The assistant meanwhile called the other place (with side comments on me being in 'such a hurry') and asked them to set a pair of shoes for me - for which I should be grateful. Unfortunately, his manner meant I cannot be, and I am not sure I will use this outlet in the future.
B	Brett Reynolds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty much standard fare. Whilst sorting out my board we found a superior one for me. Got the binds on, ready to go only for owner to realise and stress out that I only had an intermediate ticket. No worries really, but since it was the last week of the season I reckon I could have easily been given it. No one else would be using it... On a plus, I swapped my board for a bigger one at the end of the first day. Then decided one run later wanted my old one back. All sorted with no worries. So that was good

After the first day my son and me changed skies as wanted another model and size. It was done in one minute. Getting and returning process was very quick. Prices for rental are good. for kid we got equipment for free :) Prices in the shop are slightly above normal level, but the range and quality are on high level.
