T	Tobias Grussmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin heute spontan zum schneiden gekommen. Zu meinem Glück hab ich auch gleich einen freien Termin bekommen. Perfekt dacht ich mir!!. Die nette Dame die mir dann die Haare geschnitten hat war wirklich top!! (Anna) Ich habe mich richtig wohl gefühlt und ihre Kopfmassage während des Waschens ist ein Traum! (Suchtgefahr!!) für Sie auf jeden Fall 5* (+) von mir!!! Danke Nun sitz ich da tiefenentspannt in selbstsicherer Schneidekunst meiner Friseurin als plötzlich die sogenannten (???) Chefin des Salons sehr laut stark (am Ende schreiend) in disziplinären Ton Ihre Mitarbeiter zusammen zu pfeifen!!! Ohne Rücksicht oder Feingefühl für die anwesenden Kunden im Lokal!! "OMG" dachte ich mir was ist jetzt passiert?? Ich habe mich innerlich sehr geärgert und unwohl gefühlt! Am liebsten wäre ich sofort aufgestanden und gegangen!! Unfassbar in was für einen "verbitterten & hysterischen" Ton dort mit den "Menschen" (Mitarbeitern) umgegangen wird!!!! (wie öffentlich auf auf dem "Präsentier-Teller" gedemütigt !!!) Es spricht ja nichts gegen eine strenges Regiment mit strafen Zügeln!!! Aber dann sollte man dies nicht vor allen Kunden lautstark "under control" öffentlich praktizieren sondern eher im Backoffice oder Hinterzimmer!! Wie komme ich als Kunde dazu mir so etwas anhören zu müssen!!!?? Today I spontaneously came to cut. Luckily for me, I got an appointment right away. Perfect I thought!!. The nice lady who then cut my hair was really great! (Anna) I felt really comfortable and her head massage while washing is a dream! (Danger of addiction!!) for you definitely 5* (+) from me!!! thank you Now I'm sitting there deeply relaxed in the self-confident cutting art of my hairdresser when suddenly the so-called (???) head of the salon very loudly (screaming at the end) whistle her employees together in a disciplinary tone!!! Without consideration or sensitivity for the customers present in the restaurant!! "OMG" I thought what happened now?? I felt very angry and uncomfortable inside! I wish I could have gotten up and left immediately! Unbelievable in what kind of "bitter & hysterical" tone the "people" (employees) are treated there!!!! (as publicly humiliated on the "presentation plate" !!!) There is nothing against a strict regiment with punishing reins!!! But then you shouldn't practice this loudly "under control" in front of all customers, but rather in the back office or back room!! How do I, as a customer, have to listen to something like this!!!??

Ich hatte damals spontan angerufen und konnte 30 Minuten schon bedient werden. Meine Hairstylistin hat sich überaus viel Mühe gegeben und sich vor mir sogar etwas geärgert, da sie die Haare an der Seite ihrer Meinung nach 1-2mm zu kurz schnitt. Das war aber gar kein Problem. Ihre Jobattitude und die Aussage, dass es nicht immer leicht ist eine Perfektionistin zu sein imponierte mir. Kaffee noch dazu - und schon ist der Preis in Ordnung. Der Schnitt war am Ende dennoch unter den besten, die ich bis jetzt bekam!!:) Liebe Grüße I was in the branch on Landstrasse about a month ago and am quickly writing a review because I was just looking for the phone number. I called spontaneously at the time and was served within 30 minutes. My hairstylist went to a lot of trouble and even got a little annoyed with me because she thought the hair on the side was 1-2mm too short. But that wasn't a problem at all. I was impressed by her job attitude and the statement that it is not always easy to be a perfectionist. Add coffee and the price is right. In the end, the cut was among the best I've gotten so far!! :) Warm greetings

Na wenigstens habe ich ein Glas Wasser angeboten bekommen! Strassl stand mal für Spitzenqualität! Davon ist nicht viel übrig geblieben!! Anna! Worst hairdresser I have met! I looked around the salon helplessly, hoping that I would be saved! Well at least I was offered a glass of water! Strassl once stood for top quality! There isn't much left of it!!

When it comes to haircut, some words may be lost in translation. So it was easier for me to tell my expectations in my mother tongue. Unfortunately the manager warned her co-worker to talk in German if not in English. Of course she can not do it to me but I will never go to this discrimination center.
