S	S. Y. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super! War ohne Termin für mehrere Impfungen dort, bin sofort dran gekommen, wurde intensiv und ausführlich aufgeklärt, alle Fragen die ich hatte wurden beantwortet! Auch auf meine Nadelphobie wurde sehr verständnisvoll eingegangen, was leider oft bei anderen Ärzt*innen und Laboren nicht der Fall ist. Alles in allem habe ich mich super nett und gut betreut gefühlt und kann das Tropeninstitut wirklich nur weiterempfehlen! Excellent! Was there without an appointment for several vaccinations, got my turn immediately, was clarified intensively and in detail, all questions I had were answered! My needle phobia was also dealt with very understandingly, which unfortunately is often not the case with other doctors and laboratories. All in all, I felt really nice and well looked after and I can really only recommend the Tropical Institute!

Laut anderer Rezensionen scheint es glückssache zu sein wie lange man wartet, ich komme in jedem Fall wieder. I waited 30 minutes on the 1st visit, 5 minutes on the 2nd visit. Doctors and receptionist are very nice. According to other reviews it seems to be a matter of luck how long you wait, I'll definitely be back.
G	Guido Kuehler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsere Familie geht seit Jahren jährlich hier impfen, es ist toll sich hinzusetzen, die nette Dame oder Herr geht mit uns alle unsere noch aufrechten und aufzufrischenden Impfungen durch wobei man hier auf keinen Fall das Gefühl hat, dass es hier um Geldverdienen sondern richtiger Weise um unsere Gesundheit und Empfehlungen geht. Offene oder benötigte Impfungen werden besprochen wie auch deren Kosten aber es wird nicht versucht einen zu überreden. Diese Atmospäre empfinden wir als sehr vertrauensvoll und angenehm!!! Durch unsere Jahrelangen Besuche hier, ist hier alles im System hinterlegt und muss nicht umständlich vom Impfpass abgeschrieben werden. Einfach nur toll!!!????? Our family has been vaccinated here every year for years, it's great to sit down, the nice lady or gentleman goes through all of our vaccinations that are still up to date and need to be refreshed, whereby you don't get the feeling that this is about making money but about it in the right way our health and recommendations goes. Pending or needed vaccinations will be discussed as well as their cost but no attempt will be made to persuade. We find this atmosphere to be very trusting and pleasant!!! Through our years of visits here, everything is stored in the system and does not have to be copied from the vaccination card. Just great!!!?????

Maybe you should think about that and not distribute information about how you are trying to improve the efficieny of your process. I don't see that you are trying anything.

The combined Hepatitis A+B wasn't available and the doctor sugested us 2 separate injections which have the same effect. We asked if the price is the same and we heard 'yes, there is no difference in price'. However at the counter we had to pay 34 EUR more. We would have paid anyway, since it was the 2nd part of the treatment, we feel cheated and blindsided however, hence 1 star. Not fair, not right....

If you go there not at peak hour you don't wait more than 15 minutes (I was there once at 15, then at 10, and once at 10:30). The doctors are competent and sensible, talk you through all the possibilities and real dangers, they don't just jab you with all possible vaccinations. And they have incredible skills when it comes to vaccinating too, one doctor put 4 syringes in my arm at the same time and I only felt one sting. Also after having some side effects I called them and they talked me through what to expect and what to do if it does not go away. All in all, very professional, friendly place. They speak English and they have a lot of understanding for people who don't speak good German.

They then did not have the one shot I needed - rabies (and is pretty obvious for the destination I am going to - Bali) and falsely tell me that they will receive it shortly - when I call to check, days later, they tell me they have no idea when they will receive it...it could take weeks.... They could have AT LEAST advised to check other institutes, who do have it (although they made it sound as if no one has it....).
