Der Preis war korrekt. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Der Installateur hat in Summe fünf Schrauben von der Brennkammerabdeckung gelöst und die Wartung abgebrochen mit der Begründung dass die Isolierung gewechselt werden muss und er das Material erst bestellen muss. Darauf wurde mir die volle Rechnung ausgestellt. Arbeitszeit in Summe zehn Minuten. Die vollständige Wartung sollte dann 340€! plus das Material für die Isolierung kosten. Ich kann nur von dieser Firma nur abraten! I have commissioned the company to do thermal maintenance. The installer loosened a total of five screws from the combustion chamber cover and canceled the maintenance on the grounds that the insulation had to be changed and he had to order the material first. The full invoice was then issued to me. Working time in total ten minutes. The complete maintenance should then be 340 €! plus the material for the insulation cost. I can only advise against this company!

Diese wurden stets bestens und auch ungleich günstiger als von den vorhergehenden Servicepartnern meiner Vaillant-Thermen durchgeführt. Da ich auch schon eine Installation und eine Thermenreparatur von der Fa. Stepanek vornehmen ließ, kann ich in all diesen Bereichen von einer sehr guten Arbeit zu äußerst korrekten Preisen sprechen. Auch bei einem kurzfristigen Terminbedarf wegen eines Thermostatausfalls war ein Installateur des Unternehmens umgehend bei mir. Fazit: ein gut geführter Wiener Familienbetrieb, welchen ich gerne weiter empfehle. I really appreciate Stepanek.
