V	Verena Christianus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 1793 gegründet auf einer Fläche von 2 ha mit über 7000 Pflanzenarten - eine große Sammlung an Pflanzen aus aller Welt. Ein großer Teil mit dem Arboretum (Bäume und Sträucher) wo im zentralen Bereich der Duft- und Tastgarten ganz besonders für sehbehinderten Besuchern ( Beschilderung auch in Brailleschrift). Am Nordrand befinden sich die Glashäuser (Kakteenhaus, Farnhaus, Tropenhaus, das Mediterranhaus und das Alpinhaus). Zu jeder Jahreszeit wunderschön! Ein Ort zum Entspannen, Entdecken, erforschen. Founded in 1793 on an area of 2 ha with over 7000 plant species - a large collection of plants from all over the world. A large part with the arboretum (trees and shrubs) where in the central area the fragrance and touch garden, especially for visually impaired visitors (signs also in Braille). On the northern edge are the glass houses (cactus house, fern house, tropical house, the Mediterranean house and the alpine house). Beautiful in every season! A place to relax, discover, explore.

Vorallem zum Frühlingsbeginn lohnen kurze Runden um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und immer etwas Neues zu entdecken. Für Kinder bietet der botanische Garten eine schnell zu erreichende Abenteuerecke und ist zum größten Teil auch mit Kinderwagen befahrbar. Fazit: ein sehr gutes lokales und leicht erreichbares Ausflugsziel in Zeiten eingeschränkter Reisemöglichkeiten. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind leider etwas begrenzt, aber der botanische Garten ist in wenigen Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln aus dem Stadtzentrum erreichbar. The botanical garden is worth a visit almost at any time of the year. Especially at the beginning of spring, short laps are worthwhile to unwind and always discover something new. For children, the botanical garden offers an adventure corner that can be reached quickly and is mostly accessible with prams. Conclusion: a very good local and easily accessible destination in times of limited travel options. Parking is unfortunately somewhat limited, but the botanical garden can be reached in a few minutes by public transport from the city center.

Grosartige Vielfalt und schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten im Schatten. Allein für den Aussenbereich kann man schon 1-2 Stunden einplanen. Very nice botanical garden. Great that the outside area is freely accessible without any restrictions. Great variety and nice seating in the shade. You can plan 1-2 hours for the outside area alone.

Egal wie oft man dort ist , es gibt immer wieder was neues zu Entdecken. Really very nice garden with a surprising amount of life. The garden is always inviting for a walk. No matter how often you are there, there is always something new to discover.
