T	Test Alltag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erste und bisher einzige Werkstatt im Kreis Völkermarkt, die ich bei Preis Leistung bedenkenlos empfehlen kann. Ich habe schon einige leider auch sehr schlechte Erfahrungen in den s.g. "Fachwerkstätten" verschiedener Automarken gemacht. Was die Werkstatt nie weiss ist, dass wir vom Fach sind und eigentlich schon oft die Ursache samt Teilepreis kennen. Es ist zum Haareraufen, was für ein Müll dem Kunden erzählt wird. Wir waren in der Werkstatt in Ruden sowohl mit unserem Mazda, als auch mit anderen Automarken, für eher komplexe Arbeiten, wo echte Fachfehlersuche gefragt war oder für Reperaturen die man nicht auch mit Heimwerkstatt nicht machen kann, da Spezialwerkzeug gebraucht wird. Bisher waren wie jedes Mal total positiv Überrascht. Schnell, zuverlässig, sehr kompetent und dazu noch preislich total fair. Wir wohnen nun etwas weiter weg von Ruden, aber ich werde nur noch diese Werkstatt anfahren, wenn etwas zu machen ist. Die Werkstatt samt Einrichtung sieht etwas in die Jahre gekommen aus, dafür machen die Mechaniker dort den Eindruck zu wissen was sie da tun. Und wenn man nicht sofort weiss, was der Fehler ist, dann wird dies auch so komuniziert und nicht irgendeine teure Reperatur "auf gut Glück" verkauft und dem Kunden eine Story erzählt. Macht weiter so... Hoffe euch gibt es noch lange, lange Zeit. First and only workshop in the circle Völkermarkt, which I can recommend without hesitation in price performance. I have some unfortunately also very bad experiences in the s.g. "Fachwerkstätten" made of various car brands. What the workshop never knows is that we are experts and that we often know the cause and the price of the parts. It is hair-raising, what a garbage is told to the customer. We were in the workshop in Ruden both with our Mazda, as well as with other car brands, for more complex work, where genuine technical error search was in demand or for repairs that you can not do with home workshop, because special tools are needed. So far, as always, were totally positively surprised. Fast, reliable, very competent and still very fair price. We live a bit further away from Ruden, but I will only approach this workshop if there is something to do. The workshop and furnishings look a bit old, but the mechanics there make the impression to know what they are doing there. And if you do not immediately know what the mistake is, then this is also so komuniziert and not some expensive repair "on good luck" sold and tells the customer a story. Keep up the good work ... Hope you are there for a long, long time.

Als wir um 10:45 Uhr ankamen, war es geschlossen. Die Öffnungszeiten sind normalerweise bis 12 Uhr. Es ist nicht so, dass ich in der Nähe wohne. Wirklich sehr, sehr schlecht. Last week I saw a nice car on Autoscout. Called and asked when we could watch. He would be there on Saturday morning. When we arrived at 10:45 a.m. it was closed. The opening hours are normally until 12 noon. It's not that I live nearby. Really, really, really bad.
