Ich hatte keine Motortype und keine Beschreibung des Gerätes, da es vom Schwiegersohn geliehen war. Das Telefon der Firma war in Hochbetrieb, trotzdem wurde ich nett bedient und informiert. Am nächsten Tag war der Filter da. Danke Herr Padhy und Gratulation an Fa.Weber zum so netten und geduldigen Mitarbeiter. After being unfriendly brushed off with an air filter by a warehouse employee, Mr. Padhy looked for the air filter with a lot of patience and friendliness. I had no engine type and no description of the device because it was borrowed from the son-in-law. The company's phone was busy, but I was served and informed nicely. At the the filter was there the next day. Thanks to Mr. Padhy and congratulations to Fa.Weber to such a nice and patient employee.
