Fachkompetent, freundlich und schnell (20min) wurde der Fehler zu einem fairen Preis behoben. Einfach TOP. Werde den für mich längeren Anfahrtsweg zum Service sicherlich auf mich nehmen. Gratulation an die Firmeneigentümer, Sie können stolz auf die Mitarbeiter sein. Schöne Grüße vom Bodensee.
I took a 5 year old robotic lawnmower, which I unfortunately did not buy from Vonblon, to customer service as a "patient". The error was fixed competently, friendly and quickly (20min) at a fair price. Simply TOP. I will certainly take the longer journey to service for me. Auch wenn ich mich dagegen entschieden habe (bleibe beim Motorrad) wurde ich sehr gut beraten und informiert. Jeder der sich für so ein Gefährt interessiert, ist hier bei der besten Adresse.
I was interested in a Polaris quad and got the opportunity to test drive and test it extensively. Even though I decided against it (sticking with the motorcycle) I was given very good advice and information. Anyone who is interested in such a vehicle is at the best address here.
