Vielleicht könnte man einen Punkt abziehen aufgrund der tatsächlich spät einberufenen Eigentümerversammlung.
I was very satisfied with the property management, got to my questions and requests always competent and immediate information: bills clear, management of the plant well, repairs and service orders perfectly! Maybe you could deduct a point due to the late owner meeting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch nach mehrfacher Erinnerung wurde die verpflichtende Mieterversammlung über ein Jahr lang nicht abgehalten. Neuer Datumsvorschlag liegt nach der Kündigungsfrist, so ein Zufall.........
Update 2020: Ungereimtheiten bei der Endabrechnung wurden trotz Einwand und versprochener Klärung einfach irgendwann ohne Kommentar abgebucht......unglaublich ....
Even after several reminders, the mandatory tenants' meeting was not held for over a year. New date suggestion is after the notice period, so a coincidence .........
Update 2020: Inconsistencies in the final settlement were simply debited at some point without comment despite the objection and promised clarification ...... unbelievable ....
