d	dodel duedel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider muss ich alle vorangegangenen negativen Kommentare bestätigen! Ich habe eine offene Rechnung bei einem Onlinehändler blöderweise übersehen zu zahlen. Mein Fehler, sollte nicht passieren. Allerdings kam nie eine Zahlungserinnerung, sondern das erste Schreiben, das mich erreichte, enthielt schon sehr hohe Mahnspesen. Ich weiß nicht, ob das überhaupt rechtens ist. Daher wollte ich mich telefonisch erkundigen und kam an eine Mitarbeiterin, so etwas unfreundliches habe ich bis dato nicht erlebt! Danach habe ich die Zahlungsaufforderung überwiesen, um das Ganze erledigt zu haben. Und jetzt der Gipfel, ich bekomme ein neues Mahnschreiben mit einer noch höheren Zahlungsaufforderung! Und am Telefon wird mir erklärt, ich hätte das Geld falsch überwisen, also alles mein Fehler? Das glaube ich nicht und ich werde den Konsumentenschutz kontaktieren, besonders nachdem ich sehe, dass ich nicht die einzige bin, die ein Problem mit dieser Firma hat! Unfortunately I have to confirm all previous negative comments! I stupidly overlooked an open invoice at an online retailer to pay. My mistake, shouldn't happen. However, there was never a payment reminder, but the first letter that reached me already contained very high dunning fees. I don't know if that is even legal. So I wanted to inquire by phone and came to an employee, I have never experienced anything so unfriendly up to now! Then I transferred the payment request to have the whole thing done. And now the summit, I get a new dunning letter with an even higher demand for payment! And on the phone I was told that I had transferred the money incorrectly, so everything was my mistake? I don't think so and I will contact consumer protection, especially after I see that I am not the only one who has a problem with this company!

Die schicken mir seit 6 Jahren mahnungen für amazon Bestellungen die ich nie gemacht habe, abheben tut keiner, auf emails bekommt man nach 3-4 Monaten (!!!) eine Antwort, antworten auf fragen tut da aber keiner da schicken die nur wieder Rechnungen, bei mir steht dann immer ein falscher Name eine falsche Adresse und und falsche Bestellungen, ich werde zur Polizei gehen und das anzeigen BEWARE FRAUD DON'T PAY!!!!! They have been sending me reminders for amazon orders for 6 years that I have never made, nobody picks them up, you get an answer to emails after 3-4 months (!!!), but nobody answers questions there, they only send invoices again , I always have a wrong name, a wrong address and wrong orders, I will go to the police and report it

Das ist rechtswidrig und nicht zulässig! Es darf nicht mal das Doppelte verlangt werden, und schon gar nicht das Dreifache!!! I have an open Amazon invoice of € 5.03 and this company is seriously sending me a collection letter asking for more than € 20. This is illegal and not permitted! It shouldn't even be asked twice as much, and certainly not three times as much!

Wann wird absolut nicht ernst genommen, und auf die Bitte hin 10 Tage später zu bezahlen, weil man dann erst das Geld bekommt und dafür dann noch 20€ zu verrechnen, sodass anstatt der geforderten 82€ plötzlich 102€ zu zahlen sind, für ein Paket welches man nie erhalten hat, mit der Firma diesbezüglich gesprochen hat und kein Einsehen haben und trotzdem zu zahlen ist, ist das für mich eine reine ABZOCKER MASCHE. Bodenlose Frechheit. Gestern am 30.12.2021 erhielt ich wie versprochen einen Rückruf vom Kundenservice. Ein sehr freundliches Gespräch, habe meine Begründung nochmals geschildert und mir wurde zugehört. Es wurde auch daraufhin eine Lösung gefunden. Ich bin der Meinung, wenn man eine Kritik schreiben kann wenn etwas nicht passt, kann man auch eine positive Rezension schreiben, was ich somit auch mache. Der Fisch fängt am Kopf zu stinken an,daher lasse ich diesen 1 Stern für die oberen Bosse, Geschäftsführer und solche die Gesetze beschließen und durchführen, diejenigen die leider nie zu erreichen sind. Danke nochmals für das gestrige nette Telefongespräch und 4 von 5 Sterne. 0 stars and they are still too many. Hardly to be surpassed in arrogance and cheekiness. When is absolutely not taken seriously, and when asked to pay 10 days later, because then you first get the money and then have to charge 20 €, so that instead of the required 82 € suddenly 102 € have to be paid for a package which one has never received, has spoken to the company in this regard and has no understanding and is still to be paid, for me this is a pure ROCKER MACH. Bottomless cheek. Yesterday on December 30th, 2021 I received a call back from customer service as promised. A very friendly conversation, I described my reasoning again and I was listened to. A solution was then found. I am of the opinion that if you can write a review, if something doesn't fit, you can also write a positive review, which is what I do. The fish starts to stink on the head, so I leave this 1 star for the top bosses, managing directors and those who decide and implement laws, those who unfortunately can never be reached. Thanks again for yesterday's nice phone call and 4 out of 5 stars.

Einer jungen Mutter mit wenig Einkommen eine Rate von 40€ einzuräumen obwohl der Ausgangsbetrag 2.50€ waren ..die wohlgemerkt bezahlt wurden und plötzlich ist alles bei diesem seltsamen Inkassobüro auf über 200€, ist schon frech ohne jeglicher Mahnung (trotz Nachsendeauftrag wegen Umzugs), ist mit der sehr unhöflichen Vorzimmer Dame kein normales Gespräch zu führen. Abzocke hoch 10 Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. Giving a young mother with little income an installment of 40€ although the starting amount was 2.50€ ..which were paid and suddenly everything at this strange collection agency is over 200€, is cheeky without any reminder (despite a forwarding order because of moving), is not a normal conversation to have with the very rude receptionist. Rip off to the power of 10

It was addressed to my step grandfather, who died 6 months earlier - he was 90 years old so I cannot imagine why Infoscore was threatening him!!!

They claimed that they sent many emails to me, even though they never did, and then suddenly they charged me a lot without attaching any bill or information in only one email. They are so impolite and crazy. They are a bunch of thieves. Go to hell, all of you. I am wondering why there should be such a company in Austria. This is a big shame.
