Folgender Vorfall heute: ich möchte bei meiner Junghans-Uhr die Batterie tauschen lassen, rufe vorher an ob das im Geschäft möglich ist; die Frage wird bejaht, und Auskunft gegeben: ..."der Batterietausch kostet EUR 10,-". Ich erscheine im Geschäft, die Dame weist darauf hin, dass das eine Junghans Mega (mit Funkabgleich) ist, ..."da kostet der Batterietausch EUR 20,-". Ich beauftrage das, und erwähne, dass ich es seriös finden würde, wenn auf diese Möglichkeit der Preisdifferenz bereits telefonisch hingewiesen wird; abgesehen davon ist meine Junghans-Uhr ein Modell Dresden, aber egal. -->> Absolut keine Einsicht, man reagiert beleidigt und zeigt aber gar kein Verständnis für meine konstruktive Kritik. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass zwischen einer Batterie für eine "normale" Junghans-Uhr, und einer Junghans-Uhr mit Funkabgleich ein Preisunterschied von EUR 10,- besteht. Wie gesagt, diese Vorgangsweise finde ich sehr ungeschickt bis unseriös. Very unreasonable !! The following incident today: I would like to have the battery replaced on my Junghans watch, call beforehand whether this is possible in the shop; the question is answered in the affirmative and information is given: ... "The battery replacement costs EUR 10". I appear in the shop, the lady points out that this is a Junghans Mega (with radio adjustment) ... "The battery exchange costs EUR 20". I commission this and mention that I would find it serious if this possibility of the price difference was already pointed out by phone; apart from that, my Junghans watch is a Dresden model, but it doesn't matter. - >> Absolutely no insight, one reacts offended and shows no understanding at all for my constructive criticism. I cannot imagine that there is a price difference of EUR 10 between a battery for a "normal" Junghans watch and a Junghans watch with radio calibration. As I said, I find this approach very clumsy to dubious.
