Ich habe mir eine von Herrn Schilcher ausgeschriebene Wohnung angesehen und war von der nachfolgenden Behandlung seinerseits wirklich enttäuscht. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, ich habe am selben Tag noch ein Angebot abgeschickt und danach hat Herr Schilcher auf keine meiner Mails reagiert. Manchmal hat er abgehoben, um mir zu sagen, dass die "Hausverwaltung" gerade auf Urlaub sei und deswegen keine Entscheidung bezüglich der Wohnung getroffen werden kann, dass aber mein Angebot bei der Endauswahl dabei sei. Nicht nur, dass die Hausverwaltung meines Wissens nichts mit der Vermietung einer Wohnung zu tun hat, aber Herr Schilcher hat mir eben diese Erklärung regelmäßig über einen Monat hinweg gegeben und mir versprochen, sich zu melden, sollte er neue Informationen haben. Dies ist natürlich nicht passiert. Immer wieder hat er mir versprochen, dass er bis Ende der Woche eine Antwort haben würde, oder persönlich mit den Vermietern reden würde. Ich habe bis heute, nach über 1 1/2 Monaten, immer noch keine Antwort bekommen. Dabei wäre auch eine Absage in Ordnung gewesen, aber eine potentielle Kundin so zu ignorieren, falsche Versprechungen zu machen und warten zu lassen, ist absolut unprofessionell und ich kann nur jedem davon abraten, Herrn Schilcher als Makler zu beauftragen oder in Betracht zu ziehen.

I looked at an apartment advertised by Mr. Schilcher and was really disappointed with the subsequent treatment on his part. The apartment was very nice, I sent an offer on the same day and after that Mr. Schilcher did not respond to any of my emails. Sometimes he took off to tell me that the "property management" was currently on vacation and therefore no decision about the apartment could be made, but that my offer was included in the final selection. Not only that, as far as I know, the property management has nothing to do with renting an apartment, but Mr. Schilcher gave me this statement regularly over a month and promised me to contact me if he had any new information. Of course, this did not happen. Again and again he promised me that he would have an answer by the end of the week or would talk to the landlords personally. To this day, after over 1 1/2 months, I have still not received an answer. A refusal would have been okay, but ignoring a potential customer, making false promises and keeping them waiting is absolutely unprofessional and I can only advise anyone against hiring or considering Mr. Schilcher as a broker.
