I can only recommend Immovision! When someone needs something, they are there quickly, reliably and immediately.

If there is a problem, we react quickly. Are professional and friendly.

For two months now, this property management company has not been able to replace the thermal bath and close the hole (by attempting to repair the thermal bath). ~ 6 calls and always been put off. Unfortunately you cannot assign 0 stars - Update 8/22: Interesting that 3 hours after my rating 4x5 star ratings are added almost simultaneously without any statement

In my experience, I must say that as a family, thanks to this company, we were able to move into a huge apartment, because the situation was very stressful to find an apartment in Vienna at the time and we were the only company to meet us. That is true. But then there is the other side of things. We were basically only offered dark apartments, in which the sun barely shines during the day, so even during the day we had to shine in the apartment even in the summer, when the sun shines the longest. We had no choice but to move into one of such apartments. In the winter, when one wanted to turn the valve away from the heater and reheat, it was not possible, because there was no valve at the radiators, simply all the valves were uninstalled. The apartment could be heated to 17 degrees by an old gas boiler, which was faulty. So we called Immovision to see if they could help us solve the boiler, but the response was more or less lukewarm. We had to dress in several layers of clothes so that we would not be cold in the winter. In summer, the apartment was literally warm, which one in such a dark apartment would not expect in the summer. At the time, it used to be much more pleasant outside than in that apartment. The apartment was apparently 80 years old and appeared to be a carved hole in the concrete. The house had no elevator and we are in the 21st century, which is also incomprehensible. The next point does not concern Immovision, but the approach of neighbors, who poured urine on the pram where we put our one-year-old child. We still don't know who did it. I don't know if it's such a common thing in Austria, but I've never experienced anything like this in my life before. Suma sumárum. Despite the fact that we had the opportunity to move where, I give a low rating.
